I asked for an appliance dolly and 1 dozen blankets. When I got there, neither one was listed on my reservation. Otherwise, everything was awesome and as expected. The lady who checked me out in the morning was probably the nicest person I’ve come across in years. Great job!

The employee at storage plus of lake Conroe went above and beyond to help myself and another family. The truck we reserved was double booked. She got on two phones to resolve this problem. This is above and beyond good customer service. We thank you for all of the help that you provided for myself and my family.

Overall experience was below average. My online reservation was not in the system and wasn’t going to get a truck. But they bumped someone else and it all worked out fine. I had a confirmed reservation number so you must have problems with your system.

UHaul notifications changed my pick up location to about 20 miles from where I was located about an hour before p/u time. Andrea Harbour, GM at U-Haul Moving & Storage of Conroe physically drove over to this location (Storage Plus of Lake Conroe) and initiated the paperwork all over again, hooked up the trailer, and put us on our way within 30 minutes of my call to her. She is absolutely awesome and if all employees were as helpful as her, you wouldn't have ANY complaints from anyone. She promised me from day 1 that I wouldn't have any issues with my 9 am pick-up from a close location. We had to be completely loaded and out of the condo by 11 am. and condo wouldn't allow us to have trailer on site overnight so we had to have a Sunday pick up. She was WONDERFUL!!!!

What a delightful experience. I moved my family from Texas to Oklahoma this week and we needed a small U-Haul to finish up the remaining details. I was greeted, taken care of, and really allowed to be a pain in the butt with my dolly I changed my mind on needing. I would recommend this facility for the cleanliness, accessibility, and great attitude of the staff. Thanks for your help!

Very limited selection ...The Rep took forever to get the paper work done and get me on the road (38 min. I was the only customer there) he had to keep calling his wife for advise.. .I had to hook up and connect lights and the trailer hitch and it was luck I did because as I was getting ready to drive off I ask him to double check connections and he said they were loose . The screw down connections on the 2" ball we're not working right and never did quite tighten down all the way. He was friendly at check out but very grumpy and rude at return.. I will never use a sub branch location again. I will go to a larger factory authorized facility.

The trailer had significant corrosion on the hitch adjuster screw and on the front wheel hold-down strap wench. Without a liberal corrosion spray- which I had to do- the trailer would have been impossible to use.

1) be more forward. I specifically asked for a U-Haul rental that was close to the Kansas City Airport, Not the small airport that is used by primarily private pilots. 2) be more enthusiastic about getting the trucks ready. My truck made a horrible noise and it turned out to be the passenger window was nit properly rolled up

My review isn't about the location as much as it is about the phone reservation and Uhaul itself messing everything up. The reservationists INSISTED I give her my credit card information and then GUARANTEED me that I would be able to pick up that same day but I would have to wait for someone to call me with the pick up place and time, etc. No one ever called me...So I called Uhaul back and they sent me to a location had just opened and wasn't set up to rent out uhaul yet so I had to wait there 25 minutes while everything was completed over the phone...Everything that I had already completed over the phone with the first reservationist who guaranteed me that I would get my tow dolly the same day and lied. Once I was able to get the tow dolly I was told I would get a receipt emailed to me since the location was not set up to give me a receipt. I didn't get my receipt. Then when I brought the tow dolly back to the same place I had to wait 30 minutes while we once again had to do everything over the phone and the person on the phone didn't know what she was doing and in the end again I was told I would get a return receipt and of course I didn't. It was ALL AROUND a horrible experience. And it wasn't the locations fault it was all UHUAL itself. They should have never sent me to that location and they should have never said I could pick up on the Monday and then not let me pick up as I originally reserved.
