I should have gone to the actual U-Haul location like I was going to, but chose this one as it seemed more convenient to where I was going to be. I called on the phone a few days before the reservation to review the process and the day of I came 30 minutes early to get things done but each time the lady (Pam I believe) either was really put out by my existence or was just not loving her life, but the customer service was not recommendable to anyone else. Pick up should have been a 5 min process but took about an hour because I had an out of state ID for after hours pickup which if it's going to be an extended pickup process in that case it should be made known before and they should start doing what they can to complete the longer process before the moment of pickup. My phone ended up dying because it took so long and ended up being a whole headache.Hyrum H.

Everything went smoothly dropping the truck and equipment off except there is very little space to park a 26' truck and car dolly. There should be a code for the storage area even if your not renting a storage. The truck and trailer would have fit in there with no problem.Annette J.

This was not a UHAUL location, but a storage unit company that offered UHAUL rentals. It was a good location for pickup but wasn't completely clear that it wasn't an actual UHAUL store. Otherwise, the whole process was really easy.Lauren S.

Attempted to drop off at location within scheduled time frame. No attendant present and no one answered multiple calls to given phone numbers. No code provided to secure area. Unsecure area so small nowhere to pull off road without blocking gates to storage area. Fumbled way through online drop off process and double parked another U-haul so I could leave. Will never do business with this location again for U-haul or self storage. What a joke!Lee U.

Nothing wrong with Storage Plus, it was just 22 miles out of my way. I would have gladly paid a little more for a convenient drop off location down the street from where I live. Technically at $4.54 a gallon means I paid a surcharge anyway, just not to your firm.Kwintone H.

I've rented form U-Haul before, but was very bothered by this experience. I rented from a storage place through the U-Haul app, and when I did the pick up, I told the employee that I was going to leave my car in the customer parking lot. My reservation was for 24 hours, so it didn't seem like a huge deal. The employee told me it was issue to leave my car in customer parking. As the location is next to the rail road tracks, I didn't have anywhere else to park my car. I told him I would come back for my car after my husband got off work. Later that evening, my husband and I had to drive the U-Haul Truck out of our way during our rental hours to go back and pick up my car. While picking up my car, the same employee (owner? Not sure) approached me in my car, telling me I had to bring my U-Haul back 3 hours early the following morning. Confused, I pulled up my reservation showing him I had paid for a 24 hour rental. He said he had booked the same truck earlier i than when it was due, and that I needed to bring it back early to accommodate his overbooked customers. The whole situation was bizarre, as it was late at night (9:30-10:00 PM) and he was not in any sort of uniform. He had a dog, which was barking hysterically and he was simultaneously screaming at his dog and talking to me. My husband, watching the whole situation from across the street, then got out of the U-Haul to see who was preventing me from leaving this dark parking lot at night. He then said he would call me in the morning to ask me bring it back early, and did not speak to my husband. He ended up not calling us, and we had no issues for the drop off. Overall it just was a bizarre situation. Would not recommend this location, and am disappointed with the experience. I found the situation vaguely unsafe, impolite, and am unlikely as a customer to use this company again without compensation. Renting moving trucks is not a cheap ordeal, and I am likely to find a small business to support in the future that values my loyalty even if it is at a greater cost.Brook B.

I was not told that the location would be closed on Monday when I arrived. They had my arrival time. It looked like they were closed all day. The sign on the door did not indicate any hours for Mondays and did not say Closed Mondays. Because of that, I was not totally prepared to get my truck online. Took a full hour to complete all the requirements for getting the truck out of the lot. Last year when I went there, they were open on Monday. The online system worked fair once I gathered up all the information I needed - which I did not know I would need since I did not know the location would be closed. The drop off worked okay. I knew the location would be closed then so I was prepared.Maria N.

The person who checked me in was rude and very short with me. The U-Haul it's self was in some of the worst condition I have seen. Key always got stuck in the ignition, parking brake would get stuck and never release, cab light covering was holding on by a thread.Zachary W.

It would have been nice to have been notified with the information that this location had only 18 furniture pads available versus the 48 we ordered. We had to make an unexpected last-minute trip to a different location on moving morning. No one likes that kind of surprise.DANIEL W.

The trailer was in decent shape for the way a lot of people care for rented equipment. The driver side fender was damaged in front so the latch would not latch. The running lights also did not work. Everything else was great and the customer service both at pickup, and drop off locations was outstanding.WILLIAM C.
