Nothing to improve on, the staff took care of everything. The last time there I tried to check it in with the app and had a hard time loading the pictures so the staff on site took care of the check in with no issues. super smooth transaction and I thank youMurray N.
The person who checked me in was rude and very short with me. The U-Haul it's self was in some of the worst condition I have seen. Key always got stuck in the ignition, parking brake would get stuck and never release, cab light covering was holding on by a thread.Zachary W.

Rear door was very hard to operate, truck and windshield very dirty, interior had splashes of paint spilled on the floor and wreaked of an air freshener that appeared to be trying to cover up a previous smoker who burned a spot near the visor.Kenneth C.

They weren't as informative as I have had with U Haul. Did not know that the truck didn't have a dolly, could have used some blankets as well. Moving is always stressful, some friendlier suggestions would have helped the trip.John B.

It would have been nice to have been notified with the information that this location had only 18 furniture pads available versus the 48 we ordered. We had to make an unexpected last-minute trip to a different location on moving morning. No one likes that kind of surprise.DANIEL W.
Super helpful with confirming the trailer lights were in fact not working. Also confirmed that the safety chains were either: a) bent so they did not fit the vehicles' hitch and tow chain connection point or b) too small for use on domestic vehicles hitch set up.BRIAN O.

The trailer was in decent shape for the way a lot of people care for rented equipment. The driver side fender was damaged in front so the latch would not latch. The running lights also did not work. Everything else was great and the customer service both at pickup, and drop off locations was outstanding.WILLIAM C.

Keep the original quote rates where they are. I called and booked a trailer to move for $640, when I arrived I was informed that the new rate was 875. Service was wonderful but uhaul is a robbery.BART M.

The cargo van was dirty in the back when I picked it up. I was afraid I would be charged cleaning when I returned it. Although gas was marked full on the contract, it was below full on the gauge. The person at the rental site was not friendly and she seemed to be blaming me for the fact that the U-Haul site set me up for self-pickup, but told me the van would be "hand-delivered" because the site would be open when I came for the van. I think the website needs to give instructions about self-pickup.DAVID R.

This location had very limited room to return the trailer after hours. The after hours return process did not work. It required my phone to have its location function turned on, which it did, yet still did not work. I ultimately left the facility without completing the return process on line. I am tech literate, but know may people who would not have been able to navigate your process. I give your online check-in procedure very low marks.JOSEPH L.
1 associate was at this location and was not very helpful or friendly. I was nervous about taking my car off the car trailer. She did not even respond to my concern, she just started to unlock the straps and told me to unlock the chains from under the car. I don;t think she even said hello when I walked in the office. I would not recommend anyone to that location ever.Wendy R.
This 15' trucks engine would not want to shift out of second gear and it was terrifying to take anywhere, much less on the interstate. Why would you let someone take a vehicle in such conditions? Shame on you!CASEY M.

The vehicle is relatively new with only 7700 miles. The exterior was covered with mud and the windshield was full with bug splats.Walter P.
straps to tie down vehicle were worn and tattered hard to get to work and tie the vehicle down ratchet on right side kept coming loose had to stop off and on and re ratchet the strap tight. the hooks weren't able to hook on to my hitch and its a 2019 truck so the hooks on your trailer weren't acceptable I had to go to Home Depot and spend another $50 for hooks that would work after spending $550 to rent your beet up used trailer for a one day rental ! Won't be using UHaul again !BRADLEY S.

This location and the owners are terrific. The uhaul website experience, on the other hand, is atrocious. If you would focus on delivering real customer value vs gotcha upsell, you would make the experience far more pleasant. Currently the UX is so anti-customer it's crazyâ€”you have to actively deselect all kinds of options to get what you really want. Will likely explore other options for our next move.PETER V.

None. I had trouble initially getting in touch with them, but they kindly explained that it was due to U-haul's reservation system being down that day. They went out of their way to assure me that everything was okay with the reservation and also called me the following day to keep me up to speed. They also called again to let me know that the rental was available early to pick up. They also took great care to answer all of my questions regarding the rental, including U-hauls updated rental policies. It was all very much appreciated, and I would recommend this location for anyone needing a rental. Above and beyond service.MATTHEW S.

You need to update your truck sizes. I have a Ram 4500. It is bigger can haul and tow more than a 3500. I have used uhaul twice in 2 years and can't use the website to make reservations do to my truck not being listed. I have to call and talk to a representative and they have No idea what my truck is or how big it is, because it is not listed. It is a big hassle trying to explain.nathan V.
