Big problem was that my truck was parked in by other u-haul trucks so I couldn't pick it up with my phone as I intended, and I had to wait 2 hours for the store to open. Once the store opened they straightened it out right away.

We ordered the truck and dolly for the move, the confirmation said everything was set and available. When we got to the location the dolly/ hand truck wasnt available, they also didnt have any straps for the truck. So we could barely get everything moved.

We tried to make a reservation online and nothing worked without an error message that made any sense. Finally called the operator who made the WRONG reservation, however the desk clerk managed to make something that more or less worked. However, upon returning the truck (directly to desk clerk), I got a call two days later asking whether I’d returned the truck, when we’d returned it after less than 2 hours! The gentleman behind the desk was a bit overwhelmed, but was very helpful. The lack of efficiency for such an established company was really rather surprising and disappointing.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I had reserved a truck for 1030, and when I showed up the location was closed with sign on the door that said 12:15. I tried calling the number on the door and they tried getting ahold of the manager but were not able to. I was on the phone with Uhaul for an hour trying to get a key from the lock boxes but after an hour of talking me through how to set it up there was no key available in the box-the person at the store front hadn't even bothered to make my truck accessible. Finally someone showed up around 12:15, but I was almost two hours late to deliver the work that I needed to. Unacceptable.

The truck size we ordered was not available so no ramp and even no hand cart. We bought boxes that we could not use and can’t return them at this location.

The app and web sites weren't useful AT ALL for doing the self pickup. I worked with the friendly man from RI but if he wasn't there I don't know how I would have ever figured out what to do on my own.

The staff and especially Jon are excellent at customer service and do a top notch job. We are on going customers with a local food pantry and I'm still amazed at the level of professional service offered at this U haul location.

Parking at the location is not possible. One needs to park in BJ's parking lot.

Attendant was unfriendly at pick up and not present when I came to return the truck. I waited. I tried your website to check it in and after 25 minutes he finally showed up. All-in-all, not a good experience and I imagine I will look elsewhere for my upcoming rentals.

The location didn't have my original equipment (26' truck) and notified me 1 hour 3 hours before my scheduled pick up! They changed my pick up location 3 times, and still didn't have my ordered equipment. They gave me replacement equipment that was inadequate (20' truck and trailer that made the entire "rig" 40' long) so I had to rent an additional truck and the only 1 available was a 15' truck. Upon returning it, the service employee was rude, used profanity (to my 70 year old father!) and didn't even check the truck in as being returned, so I was charged for another day!

The van was only available for 6 hours, but the price was the same as if I had it for 24 hours. The price should have been prorated, especially because I requested it for a full day and was told I could only have it for 6 hours. My reservation was also for 8 a.m. even though the location didn't even open until 9 a.m., so I called customer service and was told that I just had to wait outside for them to open. I don't know how I was told that my reservation was for 8 if they don't even open until 9. The person that helped me was nice, and was surprised that I didn't get an email because the key was apparently in a lock box outside, but I was never told that so I had no way of knowing. Overall a pretty bad experience.
