georgia dThis place is an absolute joke and they don’t really care. First off, they didn’t have half the equipment I requested and just replied “nobody returned it” when asked why. Could have made an effort to reach out. Got the vehicle with about a third of a tank of gas and had to get gas during the move rather than to replenish at end. Had a padlock on for the back of the truck and no key…again because “someone didn’t return it”…ummm huh?? Cut it off and get a new one maybe?? The only equipment that they did have had wheels that barely worked. If it wasn’t so convenient nobody would come here as the service was non existent.

JAIROEDUARDO MHas really gone downhill. Rented last week and there was an empty tequila bottle in the front area and the smell was horrible. I complained and there was no other 9 foot available so I sealed. Today I rented again and got the same ce which was super dirty still.this time the smell was unbelievable and I demanded another van. And I know it was the same one cause the bottle caps from before was still on the floor! Also The staff person is more concerned with his chipotle order delivery than attending to me and is so rude. Check my records— see how many times I’ve rented from here since moving to Jersey city three years ago. I never had a problem until recently.

When I did the pre-inspection online there was no garbage evident but then when I started driving a rolled up sandwich wrapper and used napkin rolled out in the driver’s compartment. Weixi WLocation is easy to reach. Car is clean. But the staff there is kind of rude and unpainted. A female staff serviced me for pick up and a male staff serviced me for drop off. Both staffs are unpainted. For The female staff, i just asked a little bit more questions regarding the car, she said "you should call uhaul customer service, I don't work for them, I just sit here. For the male staff, I want him to check the car to make sure everything is ok. He is very unpainted, keep saying I will check it later. I purchased the damaged waiver insurance, so technically speaking I don't care if there is anything scratch or not on the car since the damage waiver insurance will cover it anyway. But I just want him to check it like I did at any other rental car compan. This guy is kind of unhappy and don't want to talk to me anymore. He eventually go with me to check, but I can tell it's not quite a pleasant experience.

Shawn RMy uhaul was not available and only a 10 foot van was provided. It was booked 3 weeks in advance. This ruined the entire move and closing on a new home. The worker at this location is a total degenerate who cursed me out when I said providing the 10 foot option was “the least she could do in this situaton”. She should be ashamed as she also had her child at work (which must be why she never answers the office phone) and cursed in front of him multiple times while shouting at me.

Alexander SThe person at the facility we picked up from (storage blue on Coles street jersey city nj), Ashley, called me an entitled bitch and continued to curse and talk poorly about me. This is so insulting and inappropriate. I don’t know if I will ever use uhaul again because of her.
Jake BUHaul was not immediately checked back in after I returned it, which led to UHaul Corporate calling me saying my UHaul must be returned and tons of stress overnight as the vehicle I rented was not checked in until the following day when I called the location and demanded it be checked back in immediately.

William HVery disappointed with the charges of gas, I don’t have used it for no longer 3 miles and put U$10,00 gas before returning to the Blue Storage, they charged me 4 gallons u$17,50 . Definitely it’s not okay rent truck from this place!!! I have the picture from the car when I get it back

Scott WIt's ridiculous the Price charges for a 19.95 U-Haul van. I only used 11 miles and actually filled up the gas more than I was supposed too. And was charged nearly 50 dollars. The price is Way too high. I would not use this location Ever!! I'd rather go to an actual U-Haul Location for my rental. Price too high. If anything I should be getting some funds returned to my account for the excess gas. NEVER AGAIN!!!

REGINA PHello, I have not been emailed about my inquiry. I am wondering why I am being charged $127 for gas. As stated before, I have rented with U Haul before and have never been charged such exorbitant rates. Please provide reasoning at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

Ryan EI had an issue with returning the car. Also not sure how safe it is, as the gate was opened. When I returned the car it was after hours and I had to log in thru the web to close the order but couldn't. I waited over 45 minutes & no helped - called 4 times. Finally I dropped off the key & had to call the next day to close out the account.

KIM MWhen I went to check in with my phone, I was a little late due to traffic and so I had to go inside the location to ask for assistance from the office. They said I had been booted out of the system, and they had to help me do the check-in process. It would have been unfortunate had the office already been closed. Additionally, when I returned the U-Haul, I was again supposed to do an online return -- they system was not working for me so I just had to leave the UHaul there and put the keys in the drop off box. I wish that process had been more clear -- did I have to do anything on my phone? Was the system just not working? Sort of confusing. Overall, besides the online / phone hiccups, the process of getting and returning the UHaul was easy.
