The guy at the desk was very nice. Only problem I really had was that parking the truck again after I was done as a slight pain since it's so tight but otherwise good.

Jeramie AThe truck rental was great but the moving help was a disaster. They broke my 65 inch tv. They broke the leg on my dresser, and damaged my bedtime and mattress.?Then they proceeded to argue with one another and threatened to fight. I’ve never experienced anything like it before in my life.

Natina JThe only reason I feel the need to say no is because my final receipt I was charged for gas. I filled up the tank to half a tank, and I received it with about a quarter tank. I feel like they didn’t do the inspection in front of me to charge me without allowing me to verify. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a friend.
Eddie Hit was a smooth ride ,we picked it up / loaded it up and drove to my son apartment . my husband returned it . we had no problems with the truck . it was a good day.

Lessly RI've returned the truck with the same amount of fuels that I've taken the truck with. I've pictures to prove it. Not only I was charged for extra fuel but a couple of days later after complaining I was charged even more.

Rony Di came and get a uhaul. when everything went through i tried to start the truck but it wont start. i mention to the person on duty and she went to get it start but i knew its not a good idea but since they only have that truck available so i went on. when i get to my destination i load all my stuff just to find out it wont start till i called the 1800 help. then they give me a towing truck. i was mad cus the following day i got charge for late fee. i got charge of $68 and $46 which that supposed to be free with all the hassle i go through. staying under the sun and i pissed

Eric MI'm currently trying to find out why I was charged 3x and no one there seems to know. I'm waiting for an answer online. The phone number states that to speak immediately to a customer service rep, that I should ask my question online. The phone is a 30 minute wait and the online is a 14 minute wait, so that phone recording directing people to online to be helped quicker is incorrect.
Daniel GWas told to do something online regarding my online check in. Website wouldn’t respond on any web browser. Tried to call in to speak to someone and was on hold for 45 minutes before it disconnected on me. Called again and choose the call back option. Got the call a little later and it put me on hold for another ten minutes. Spoke to someone who was very kind and turned out there was nothing for me to do and she was unsure why I was getting the notification. Picked up the truck and they were kind enough to give it to me with a quarter tank. Barely enough to make my first trip. Totally messing with my plans and progress. I choose no dolly or drop clothes but it was still in the truck anyways. Conveniently in my way and unable to live it because that would require me cutting the tags and then you guys would charge me as if I used it. All together it was a bit of a joke. Too be fair if I’m going point out the negatives then I have to speak to positives. Truck ran well. Customer representative I spoke to was very kind and did her job well. That’s it. I will not recommend anyone to uhaul unfortunately

Lesly EI needed a uhaul immediately, and they had one ready for me! On a Friday! Such good luck. Cust svc rep was very polite and helpful, bent over backwards to make my experience a positive one, which I really appreciated. The only issue I had was a slight miscommunication. Together we had a rough estimate of how far I'd be traveling, and I thought he had made me a quote for the return trip as well. I specifically asked if I could return it to a different location, but he said I would be charged a large amount, so it would be best to bring it back to that location. Which is fine! But why only make a quote for one way, when he knew I would be returning? So when the total came back, it was more than I expected. I had to go across town, so the difference was not minor. It wasn't a huge deal, as I stated, a slight misunderstanding, just maybe for next time, ensure a return trip is calculated into the estimate. I had budgeted $100 for the rental of the uhaul, and I was quoted $60, but the total ended up being $75. So I was well under budget. I'll definitely be using uhaul again in the future, and if they send me back to this location, I would not be displeased. Thank you so much!
Amet LWe went to return the truck it said on the building they were closed but did not close until 6 PM so we drop the keys off but we should not have done that because I received a email with overpriced charges and we didn’t even barely use any gas I only went less than 8 miles and they charged me the whole $160 that I put on the account for a deposit that is a rip off

SUSAN KNot charge customers for miles they didn’t use I paid for 15 miles and used only 13 but was chargers for 62 which I did not use for I only moved 5 miles down the road from their location I was charged for invalid data causing my account to over draw and causing more fees to hit for over drafting
Roselyn GI was quoted $23... When I was done I went 2 miles over mileage, brought the truck back with over the amount of gas I was left with, but the final bill was $49. . . That is 100% misleading and a lie to what I was quoted. If I knew it would be $50 to rent the truck then I would've jist went with a different company. That's ot ok to mislead and lie.

Sean NI made a reservation for August 20, 2021, @ 9:00 am. I got there and the truck wasn't available. They sent me to a different location for 10:00 am. My plans totally changed, I did not make it on time to the lease office to get my new apt. I paid for a hotel for 2 nights.
