Hayley M | Overall ExperienceEverything was fine (except for the sawdust everywhere, this storage building must have been newly constructed). The major issue I had was cancelling my rental of the unit. I spoke with someone at Storage Hub customer service in early September and told them I would no longer be in the unit after 10/16/23. The woman I spoke to assured me she would put a note in my file to cancel at that time. On 9/5/23 at 12:28pm, I got a text message from someone at Storage Hub saying, "I heard you are moving is there anyway I can get you to stay". Then on 10/17/23 I get an email telling me I was billed for the next month. I called Curtis at storage hub and he directed me to his customer service and they said they have no record of me canceling and I'm supposed to give 2 weeks notice. I SO disappointed with this and I want my $70 back ASAP.
SCOTT R | Overall ExperienceThis storage facility was very conveniently located. It is well lighted and easy to access. The only improvement I would suggest is better latches on the unit doors. Obviously we use our own locks, but there is only one latch on each door and the quality is poor.

Christopher H | ReservationExtremely hard to get a hold of anybody. Couldn’t find storage unit. Spent 4 hours looking for it. Called/texted/&emailed and got no response for months so I couldn’t cancel. I called U-Haul direct last month, they got in touch with a “manager” from there and they told me I was good to go. I then got a late fee. I moved out in October, not December! Terrible customer service!
