freddie wI wish there was a simpler way to extend a trucks reservation from the app without having to call it in. Aside from that I had a great experience.
Seemson LNo human contact. If one is not savvy with phone apps, this transaction could not have happened. Overall, no issues except the customer has to do all of the work - no onsite customer service. Just not a fan of 'self check out' when renting a moving truck.
LA TThe young lady present on drop off processed my return politely and efficiently. Location was clean and easily accessible from the street. Would definitely drop off here again.

Steve MI had a great experience with the woman working the front desk. She was very professional, friendly, and informative. She explained the process very clearly and answered all my questions. My only issue was with the rental truck itself. The front driver's side tire/wheel shakes pretty significantly while driving, especially once you reach speeds above 40 mph. Other than it being a rather uncomfortable ride, the truck was pretty clean.

Brenda LYour website and store sign both said the store opens at 9am which is why I reserved the truck for 930 am . I get there a little after 9, no one is there. So I called the number on the sign. Was told the website was NOT updated. Ended up waiting approximately 45 minutes for someone to show up. When she showed up she apologized, she was at another facility and had problems. She went above and beyond to help me... sorry I don't know her name, however made the experience seemless

Demarquez WMake the app less flaky and easier to use. It was a source of frustration on already stressful. I experienced intermittent crashes, loss of state, and misleading cues that ultimately led me to have to reach out to support.

LATRECIA CI rented a 26ft truck, there was no gas cap. I asked if the truck could be driven without and was told yes. I traveled about 25 miles when a warning light appeared telling me there was a problem with gas fill nozzle. No kidding, if you are going to rent a truck going 800 miles one way it better be 100%. So to be creative, after every fuel refill, I used stretch wrap to cover the opening to hopefully restrict any fuel from spilling out plus to not lose gas mileage.

Anthony WWe could not take photo of mileage and gas gauge because as the gas gauge was going up to the 1/2 tank level, a message about maintenance needed would come up over the mileage. There was a muffin wrapper in the cup holder. Can of truck smelled like smoke. Ashes in floorboard. It had been awhile since can had been wiped out.
Robin SMake sure that I want a service before it’s added on. I paid extra for something that I didn’t need. The representative just put the extra insurance on that I didn’t want on my reservation after my original reservation was mysteriously canceled.
William HThis company is involved in illegal activity with regard to truck rental. I picked up and returned my rental on the same day and now I am being told that I never returned the equipment. I have contacted UHAUL several times since September via phone and email to no avail. No one is documenting my account when I call and nothing is being done. The person who works at the storage facility is obviously renting the equipment to other people while keeping the rental contract active in my name. The customer service at the call center is HORRIBLE. The supervisors are even worse. I am being billed for over $2K for time that I did not have this rental in my possession. Someone from the corporate office needs to contact me within the next 48 hour or I will be contacting legal representation as well as the local police.

KENNETH HThe lady at the front counter was on a personal call and she went through everything so quick. Then she gave me the wrong keys saying I was getting a van and not a truck. My reservation was for a truck. She was too busy trying to get me out of there that she was making mistakes.

Satish KI was late dropping off the truck, and the nice lady working at the store was kind and understanding and did not charge a late fee, which I appreciated very much.
Francis CThe inside of the truck was extremely dirty. There were ants crawling all over with chocolate on the floor driver's side. The back of the truck that holds your belonging was not cleaned. It was filled with piles of loose dirt. Because I was dealing with an emergency situation, I had to use the truck as is. The truck itself drove like it was about to break down. It would not pick up speed and act like it was having trouble shifting gears. And when you turned on the air, a funny smell would come through. The truck was shaking more than normal. It was an awful experience to deal with an already life-threatening family experience.

Rodney SThe lady at the counter was horrible! The whole process of returning the equipment was ridiculously long and tedious! I also guessed the mileage at checkout since I was unfamiliar with how long my trip would actually be, therefore I accrued overage charges which is ridiculous. Why not charge for the actual mileage?!? I will NOT be using or recommending U-HAUL to anyone!
