First of all they were supposed to be open and they were not. Called the phone number and they did not answer. The truck was dirty, need an alignment BADLY and I had ordered an appliance dolly and 6 furniture pads which I DID NOT receive. To top it all off I couldn't log into my account because uhaul website was down or something and I had to spend 45 mins on hold to get a customer service rep from uhaul to help me login on my cell. Very disappointing as uhaul usually never has these types of issues.Jesse D.

The reservation was made on phone to a known location with a actual person. They did not have a small truck so found a 15ft so sent me to unmanned location so had to use the app. Problem one app could not find my reservation even with the reservation number from my email. Once I finally got access on my wife's phone (thank God she was there) the reservation was for 1way not local so called customer "service" sat at least 20 mins in queue got the reservation changed to local then back to start over on the app since contract changed. (Frustrating). All while sitting in a remote location in the Georgia sun as you have to be at the site to check in. After 1.5 hours finally checked in 30 mins into contract time. The people that were at the site checking in said they had been there 2 hours checking in. (Terrible) I advised cust service I "could" turn truck back in at same location but assumed I could also return to a closer location to my house as was a u-haul option in the past. I tried to take truck back to closer location that made the reservation and they said it would double charge me and I HAD to take back to remote location where I picked it up. Each time driving by 2 closer locations that had 15ft trucks and attendants. Needless to say may be my last u-haul experience.Matthew O.

I waited 2 1/2 hours for someone to get me keys. Was on the phone for 1 hr 45 min, kept getting transferred, the eas hung up on. Their website was down as well. Just awful!Dayna S.
I made reservation to find a truck close to me since all I could find were reserved. I was told the closest was Grantville GA. I asked about Columbus since that was the direction we were moving some things to and was told there was nothing in Columbus GA. BUT I got off on airport thruway and past a Uhaul location that had at least 80 trucks parked in their lot. I drove and paid for at least 70 more miles than I would have had we gotten a truck in Columbus.Annette B.

My uhaul did not have the other equipment that I rented. I had to drive 35 minutes away to a location to get what I rented. I was told I would get a $50 refund and still have not received it. This put my moving behind by 3 hours due to not being able to start my move at 6am as planned and having to wait on the other location to open to get the equipment I rented. Very disappointed! I will call again about my refund!Felicia F.
This location sits off the road out of sight and I'm concerned about the safety and security of my unit. Also, there was no one on duty when I dropped off my equipment and I was charged an extra day by Uhaul.Drewrey S.
