I did get a return call from the owner that no one would be there on Sunday morning at 10 am but they would process the return on Tuesday when they returned to the office and would drive the truck back to Saratoga then.

Wayne DChecked in on-line to save time then I show up 10 min early and take 30min to checkout, due to the address of the company's being in Arizona. 2 of my debit cards got declined because they I was in Arizona trying to rent a U-Haul and I was physically in a NY location. If my friend was not their with his real credit card and not debit I would not have been able to complete my rental. Not the clerks fault helping me but U-Haul

John MTrying to retrieve the key from lockbox 1 was a little difficult. The process for unlocking it and opening the door was a little unintuitive; the steps weren't totally clear and I ended up fumbling with it for a few minutes before it finally opened. Definitely could have just been me, though.
Justin KThe woman I believe owns the Coxsackie, NY location is terrific. We've had to rent a Uhaul 3 times in the past couple of months, and the customer service was excellent. The truck was clean and waiting for us. She had an answer to any question we asked. From walking in the door to driving away in the truck was less than 5 - 7 minutes each time. We dropped it off after hours each time so we used the outside drop-box. Then we'd receive the final bill in the mail in just a day or two. Great people to do business with. Love that it's a local family business.

Rick RI scheduled a truck 15’ truck to pick up and I had to go out of my way (2 hour round trip ) to pick up th truck They added mileage but they didn’t consider my time in this …… Unacceptable !!!!!

Donna CI had a tire on the trailer blow out on the highway. We were in the middle of nowhere Georgia and it took 3 hours to get a new tire. Your roadside contractor was very nice and the uhaul rep was fantastic. However it is pretty sad that the tire pressures were overinflated causing the blow out. You need better turn around service on your equipment.
