The fees added by UHaul exceeded the amount offered on the phone to set up delivery. UHaul refused to lower fees to amount so I would up paying $120 more than offered originally. UHaul should be held responsible to honor pricing. Earlier in the day I spent 45 minutes on the phone to set up delivery. In other words I wasted an additional 45 minutes and paid $120 “extra” dollars. Bad, bad, bad.

I will not be using U-Haul again, nor will any of the churches I am called to. This is the third time I have reserved a truck and you have not had what I reserved at the site when I went to pick it up. I asked Denise, the manager at the site to give me a discount, she gave me a measley fifty dollars. When I called corporate to adjudicate her decision, they told me they could not, only she could. Denise said her hands were tied by corporate. WHO IS LYING? I am done with U-Haul.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Facility is clean and respectable. However they could not honor uhaul free month of storage because they are not a uhaul center. They do however have special

Better personality and when a customer puts down a certain time for return that'd when it should be expected back. When a customer requests equipment it should all be together and if it isn't extra mileage should not be charged, that is on you. Also it was returned with a full tank of gas but received with a half tank. So this company came out ahead, yet your representatives want to have an attitude problem and charge extra.

Make sure the staff checks out the dolly (if rented and part of contract) from the office. I assumed the dolly was in the truck but found after arriving at moving location that it needed to be checked out of the office and staff had not done so. Other than that issue everything else was great.

I will definitely recommend this business to anyone in my area.sales associate very friendly and accommodating. I have used other nearby locations with rental of uhaul and they had my date put in wrong,and no truck to use. 5 years ago.said I would never use uhaul again.glad I gave another chance..that was in nearby town.

Have a gravel or cemented area, instead of grass. It had snowed and it was hard to maneuver the trailer into place. I couldn't back my RV into place to drop off the trailer for fear of getting stuck in the grassy area.

The pick up location was NOT the original. The initial location caused my 1st reservation to get canceled even though I had called to delay the pick up time to the next day. He didn’t make the change with UHaul. This caused me to go over an hour out of my way and delay other events bases on the to get the equipment. Very disappointed

The website did not provide me with the link "Go Retrun My Truck" to send photos of the mileage, fuel level, truck appearance, and the location to park. The tank was 1/2 full upon pick-up and full upon drop-off.

The people at this location went well beyond the call of duty in securing our vehicle and delivering it to us in a timely manner. I will definitely call upon them again in the future--they are a treasure.

If an online booking is confirmed for pickup at a location, ensure you have the trailer at the location at the in-town location instead of expecting the customer to drive 27 miles to pick up the trailer. Have a more responsible vetting process for confirming owner identification rather than putting them through a bunch of hoops to prove who they are. If your going to charge the customer a premium for dropping off a certain location, don't leave them hanging expecting them to call a 1-800 number to find out where to drop the trailer...
