Shirley GWe had to leave this location after arriving from Illinois because the backup lights for the trailer wouldn't work. We had to drive 21 miles to Williston Florida from Newberry Florida. Then an additional 20.7 miles to High Springs Florida. It cost us more time and more 41.7 more miles to accomplish our task.

Antonio JClerk was rude, equipment was dirty, dog hair, dirt. Truck had bad vibration, tire out of round, you could see it looking at tire. Wiper blades were coming apart, parts hanging off. Good thing it was not raining. Check engine light was on. Radio did not work well.

Tammi RNo local choices to drop off. Drop off location at first refused to take the trailer. Wanted me to drive another 15 miles out of my way. Did not offer to help me take off hitch. Had to ask young girl to help. Very hard on my back.

Joanne HThe lady on drop off was very nice. My only issue is she said she was not strong enough to disconnect from my truck. It was up to me and my blood sugar was already low and it was all I could do by myself. They need something onsite to remove from vehicles.
