Yagneshkumar PI have used this location several times to drop off and reserve a truck. Very helpful and friendly. Andrea was able to work with me to get the best deal and make sure that i had what i needed when I needed it. She followed up when we had to change pick-up locations to keep me informed so that I could continue packing for my move without having to deal with changing reservations.

Karen SThe owner has poor customer service skills. He gave me a snarky attitude when I picked up the trailer. Then after returning the trailer on time and clean, he charged me an extra $20 because I didn’t park the trailer in the right spot. I was never told there were designated trailer parking spots. When I called about the extra charge, the owner took over the call with that attitude again. Claim I was being rude. Which I wasn’t.

Tracie KWebsite said they were open until 2pm on Saturday. Sign on door said they were open until 2pm on Saturday. Dropped off truck between 11 and noon on Saturday but no one was there.
Timothy Ithe girl that helped me on Saturday the 28th of Januaty 2023( I do not remember her name and I apologize and that is why I put the date the time as before 2 and after 12 in the afternoon) was the best customer service person that I have ever had in my life. Thank you for helping me at a time that I really, really desperately needed help.

Marion Mthe truck i picked up was dirty witg mud all over the driver side floor and inside the box it was slightly muddy. when i returned the truck and said clicked it was not clean for the user, i was charged $25.00! i am extremely upset that i have to pay for the filth from a customer prior to me!!!!

Mark JThe jack/crank on The trailer we picked up was broke. Trailer had a shimmy when empty and driving down the road. When loaded it was fine. When we drop off the trailer the haul guy had to get a jack just to get the trailer unhooked from our truck. Took along time to hookup and unhook. Wasn’t sure of how long to rent the trailer and thought to be safe I got two days, only needed it one and I haul said no refund for the second day even though I picked up and dropped it off the same day. Shitty service, shitty maintenance on equipment, and drop off location had way to small a place to drop off no room to even turn or park.
Mitchell BI normally always use this location because it is close to my house….. but no more! I have never been more hassled and rude to…. And given excuses to on why I should have been charged extra for using their location. I will personally drive farther now , just NOT to use this location or anything this guy owns because of his attitude. And that’s to bad…… because I believe in supporting LOCAL!!!

Arianna VTeam member I dropped of trailer to was very rude. Wanted me to back and finagle the trailer into a tight area which I refused to do because of the liability and he yelled and cussed at me. Absolutely ridiculous. I’m definitely not using this location ever again, and I’m doubtful I use uhaul ever again. I’ll pay more money to use someone else. Between the dirty and unsafe trailer at pickup and the rudeness and lack of professionalism at the drop off, I am extremely upset.

Rebecca YWanted to thank Trent again for his immediate action to take care of some problems we ran into getting our truck ready to move. Trent’s professionalism and immediate action showed us that U-haul values their customers.
LAWTON DRepresentative was on top of his job. I left the truck overnight at the facility, he had me checked out prior to my arrival the next morning. Showed he valued my time as well as his own time. Excellent.
