The people working....Horrible!! Upon my arrival, the guy came out and informed me that he did not have a drop-off scheduled. He insisted that only no contact return is highly enforced. He was sooo very unprofessional, letting me know I needed to call the 800 number. I told him I work for DISD, not Uhaul. He went to call the 800 number, left me outside in the heat and locked the door behind him! I was wearing my mask the entire time!! IT 10am, I was sooo hot, I knocked on the door and the 2 men looked at me, one eventually got up and opened the door. I am an African American woman and these men treated me horrifically! I was so upset. I will NEVER go there, again!thais B.

To start the lady could've and should've checked in the truck instead of sending me away to do it on-line. That resulted in spending more than 2.5 hrs trying to straighten out the issues. Then today I receive an invoice for $97.55 additional charges that I DID NOT INCUR.Tammy B.
