The representative was not able to print out a copy of my rental agreement at the beginning when I rented the vehicle nor at the completion of my rental. When I closed the rental agreement on the app it stated that I was charged a insurance fee. The rep never mentioned anything about any other fees other than the mileage and daily rate. Then she told me that there is nothing she can do for me in regards to the rental. I have rental insurance that I carry for my business.

IVY MAYWe had a reservation for 10. Secretary got there at 10:30 and was unapologetic, was not helpful at all with anything. I had reserved a appliance dolly and there was none in the truck, again, secretary was incompetent and not helpfull. I will never go to this location again.
Kenny FerrerYour emloyees at your vendor sites need to check the gas and milegage every time a person comes to pick up a vehicle. Uhaul made a mistake with the gas level, I took a picture with a time stamp to prove the level so I did not have to pay for the gas when i returned the vehicle with more gas than was in the truck at pickup. When it comes to money or policy, everyone wants to push you off on someone else instead of doing their job. But Its up to me to prove rather than doing thier job correctly. ( Deltona FL Store Right) On Howland Blvd. .
Joseph LiardiI was told to return the key to box 2. It did not lock. I put the key in the u-haul after hours box. I was charged for. $175.00 I returned the key and truck at the schedule time. I had pending $97.00. I am looking for my refund of $97.00
