Truck was very dirty. Agent worked to get us checked out quickly dispute the uhaul system outage.
Heather AMs. Peggy I believe was her name, and was so sweet. I arrived after hours and she still come out to greet me as well as help me get the rental all checked in.

I’m sure this isn’t the first instance someone has felt this way. I’m sure Uhaul wouldn’t want this hitting the news? Stay tuned.
Jonathan JThe person running the store is rude and unwelcoming to customers. I opted for an online pickup and couldn’t complete the pickup by myself because she (the person running the store) has the keys- and when inquiring about obtaining the keys: she acted like I was bothering her, and like she had no idea I was scheduled to pick up a vehicle- and it was my fault she didn’t know. The truck was dirty- inside and out. Lights were on the dash- (tps) Maintenance messages in the vehicles gui Overall, I’m actually offended I had to experience this person running this store. And how poorly she kept the trucks.

Melissa SThe woman at the rental location wanted to argue with me about the site being a 24/7 site as listed by UHaul. She stated the site was not a 24/7 and that the keys were never left in a vehicle. She then said I could not finish my check in online and she would have to do it. After the rental was complete, she said it was imperative that I be back promptly at 3pm as the vehicle was rented again. We felt rushed and unappreciated as customers. We will find another rental company in the future.
Paul PWas rented out a uhaul with a broken door gate, overcharged on my services when called for an adjustment never received promise callback within 72 hours never received follow-up callback to them was told they called me on the day I called them and my claim / dispute adjustment was denied. You would have to do better than that I will be using another company next time
Dustin BI've rented a U-Haul from this place twice and both times Peggy was rude and unprofessional. This time I was about 15 minutes late due to traffic because of driving 3 hours, and instead of giving me the keys to the truck after she got all of my information, she took it upon herself to lecture me about how being on time is important, and that she was teaching me an important lesson. She said this is something she does with all young people. I don't know who she thinks she is, but doing this was EXTREMELY inappropriate and unprofessional. Completely unacceptable behavior from the owner. I will never be going here again, and I will more than likely not being using U-Haul again.

Michael HThe attendant wasn’t aware I was coming and asked what do I need when they answered the doorbell. Not an original U-haul location. My information was written on a post it pad, asked for keys, and thanked me.

Moruf EGive this lady more trucks! I could not pick up my truck and we had to wait for another person to dorp off their truck because a previous person dropped the truck off at a wrong location. The lady did everything in her power to fix the situation that wasn't her fault.

Bryan AThe property manager was accommodating. The check in was uneventful. The truck was running poorly at first, but soon smoothed out. The air conditioner did not work. The truck had mud on the sides by the wheels and on the tires.
RICHARD FI've dropped off here several times, the lady in charge is nice and helpful, It was not my designated location but dropped of there anyway because it was easier and quicker for me

Michael BThe older woman at the office is a control freak. She was straight up rude and would hover right outside of the U-Haul and just stand there while I was doing the drop off through the app/online website. She even asked if I was at the right location. I would not recommend anyone to drop off or pick up at this location unless they get someone to run the place that is friendlier and more willing to help/be useful. It was some of the most rude customer service that I have ever experienced!
Elena PTruck had wrong mileage and wrong fuel level. Lady didn’t go over everything with me. I would not use this location again nor will recommend. Because of wrong fuel level it caused me to over fuel the truck.
James BI reserved a dolly but it wows not on the truck when I picked it up. Would like a refund for the dolly. other than that, I had a good experience.

I see some of the reviews saying she so sweet, but my experience was different! I was very polite with so I don’t know why she acted that way with me! I will never ever do business with this lady again.

Robert KThe truck was clean, but the ventilation fan and AC totally failed 30 minutes after I picked up the truck …. on a 100F day. I rolled the windows down and completed my tasks for the day, but it was difficult. I don’t know the cause of the fan & AC failure, might be maintenance or repairs related.
ORVILLE SStaff was great. I could understand what she was saying, I didn't have to wonder if there was any information they were leaving out. And very pleasant on top of that.

James WUHaul stated that the location was both open and had a lockbox. Neither were true. Thankfully the helpful employee that happened to be there was willing to help us manually. Location was helpful and nice. However, I am very dissatisfied with UHaul

Ravon JNothing, the experience was above what I expected- the truck was ready, and I was out the door 5 minutes after arriving, which gave me an earlier jump on getting on the road.
Robert POvercharged me on miles, been trying to call them all day. I have a video showing the mileage when I picked it up and pictures when I dropped it off. Charged me 40 something miles more than my dated and time stamped pictures prove!

WILLIAM MPeggy the attendant was great. The process for picking up and dropping off the rental u-haul was seamless. The only complaint I have was the rental was not clean. I had to sweep out the truck before we we were able to load anything on it. If you are going to rent the u-hauls please make sure they are clean. If I chose to rent from another place, that would be the reason. Thanks!
