Keith DGreat service as always. Had the trailer as requested ready for pick up - these guys could not have made it easier. A far cry from my experience in Scarborough where they offered me smaller trailers as equivalents when I arrived to pick up the big one I reserved.

Again the Port Elgin location is top notch and if not for them I would not consider Uhaul again, because of this location I will be sure to use Uhaul. Stow it Self Storage should be recognized for their stellar customer service.

Joan TI DID NOT want to pay for safe tow. I was charged for it. When I paid online I had clicked no to having safe tow. When I paid in person, the charge should have been the same as what I put online. I was not asked if I wanted it or not and should have been asked. I will call to ask for the charge to be reversed.

Mark JWhat didn't sit well with me is when I called to change my reservation from a 5 day, one way reservation to a 2 day return reservation the price did not change. "this is just the way it is, nothing I can do" or something along those lines was his rebuttal to my comment about pricing. Luckily the person at the physical location was competent enough to realize that made no sense and changed it from $110 to $37. Your phone agents are uneducated and ripping people off. Extremely unacceptable. Oh and it was a manager that told me. He should definitely be demoted and sent for further training
