Receptionist was rude. I was given attitude for disconnecting the utility trailer from my truck hitch. Uhual website was down; equipment couldn’t be checked-in till the next day. Glad I brought it back a day early and nothing happened to it overnight.

Tried to over charge me dbl. First trailer I hooked up did not have turn signal or brake light working on one side. Had to wait for guy to look at it, lady inside then to change trailer. second trailer was dirty. smelled like motor oil and floor was covered in oily black grime that tracked and had to be cleaned before use.

I requested and was confirmed at a different location online. I received a call an hour later telling me the location had changed due to availability of equipment. When I arrived the 'attendant' took 15 minutes to figure out how to do all the required paperwork and rent me the equipment that I then had to hook up myself. Luckily I had someone with me to validate the lights were in working order!

I'm not sure why this place has gotten so many bad reviews. It's a clean, well kept towing business. I used the app booking, but had to go inside for the keys. The lady was pleasant and gave me the kids promptly. The truck clean and in good shape although it had a low battery. I went back inside to report this and they immediately sent out a mechanic and gave me a jump. The rest of the rental went without issue. I returned the truck, dropped off the keys at the front office and was happily on my way. I also was very pleased with the app process to rent the truck.

In my opinion one of two things is wrong with this location. Either the computer program they use to rent trailers is difficult and cumbersome to use or they are not well trained in its use. I lean toward the former as when I went online to reserve the trailer I received a confirmation but the location did not have any record of my reservation. The night before the rental I received a phone call from someone at uhaul corporate confirming my reservation. The only problem was he was confirming for a provider different from the one on my email. When I mentioned that he said he saw reservations for me at both places. Bottom line I was able to accomplish what was needed safely and I appreciate that, but will think twice about using uhaul in the future.

had to wait 25 min. for them to walk 20 feet and walk around the returned trailer, that took all of 1 min. UNFRIENDLY - UNPROFESSIONAL …. worst customer experience in a very long time - I would rate 10 places below poor!!!

Customer service was terrible when bringing back the uhaul. The cashier put in the wrong time rental and tried to charge me for an extra day. When I tried to explain to her that I had it for exactly 48 hrs she argued with me.

I was charged an extra day because I didn’t bring the truck back before they closed but it was returned the same day. I think this should be fixed because it wasn’t two days. Then the workers weren’t friendly at all; I walked in and greeted them the one worker Just stared at me and didn’t say anything or assisted me the other lady assisted me. Then they didn’t tell me the dolly wasn’t included in the van I had to go back up there to get it which cut into my moving time and had to put more money down to get it which wasn’t fair. My overall experience was horrible I will not ever go back to them if I need to move again.

Check the trucks out before they leave !! The one I got , l was all over the road. So I called and got another truck. It was a new truck, we moved to FL.
