Deborah bThe site was horrible to use. I had location services enabled and it kept saying I was at the wrong location. The app worked better but would route me to the browser. So I would have issues again. Overall the pickup and drop off procedure is a nightmare.

Thomas WThe location itself was fine. However, when I originally reserved my truck, it was "guaranteed" for a much closer location. I happened to check my uhaul order a couple days before the rental, only to find that my truck was no longer guaranteed and I was being sent to somewhere much farther away. No one had contacted me about this, nor did I receive any emails. The truck also had a check engine light for the whole time I had it.
