Diane GentileEngine light on but not noticed until my drop off person left. Had to stop and restart engine to get it to shift. This information can be found at drop off point .Shift indicator light said reverse and no in park along with stable link light flashing on dash board. Not mad because I was in a jam my son was being deployed to Syria and had to move his stuff to my home only 45 miles away. The truck was clean and looked nice and got the job done , so thanks
Donald BrettScott was very efficient and had the vehicle, clean and ready to go at the time of my pick-up. Check-in was fast and I was impressed with how the clean the office was! I told Scott that I had a silly question and asked him if the heat was working in the van, and he looked at me with a questioning look and confirmed the heat was working. I've rented U-Hauls in the past that did not have ac or heat, which is why I asked. The cab was nice and toasty. Would / will highly recommend Scott to folks.
Elizabeth JonesWe were not aware the cost per mile was $1.99 v the $1.09 that I thought was the posted online price. The U-Haul website should be more upfront. The fellow that greeted us in the rental location told us that maybe he could do better on the rate per mile, but with no guarantee, we made less trips. Also U-Haul called us the evening before to tell us the 15’ truck we wanted and booked was not available. We had to get a 10’ truck instead. Overall we would not use U-Haul next time.

Steven MarsThe person behind the counter told us she was recovering from Covid, which made us uneasy because she claimed she still did not feel well. Then we went into the van and it did not look like it had been cleaned in awhile. We are vaccinated so fingers crossed we don't get sick!
Susan ManionThe rental location was EXCELLENT. My issue is with the corporate U-Haul website. On Thursday, that website allowed me to make a reservation for a 15’ truck to be picked up at 2pm on a Saturday. I then got a call a few hours later that the truck was’t available at the location I picked - a bigger truck was available farther away in the opposite direction I would be traveling. So I had to cancel that reservation and look for a different location. The website then allowed me to make the Saturday 2pm reservation at a place closer to the direction I was going in. But in reality the truck wasn’t available for that time. The poor guy that runs the pickup location had to tell me that the day before the rental (Friday). My choices were that I had to either use the truck that day/night (Friday) or on Saturday morning. Which then created a domino effect because others were involved with this move. Then when I finally worked it out for Friday afternoon, my reservation changed from a 15’ truck to a 20’ truck - which was overkill for moving a patio set. Thankfully the man that runs the pickup location was nice enough to call the customer with the 15’ truck and ask him if he wanted to swap with the 20’ truck - which the customer did (a big thank you to that customer as well). U-Haul corporate needs to get their act together and not overbook. It was a ridiculously frustrating and time consuming experience. The only saving grace was the rental location itself. The customer service was great and the truck was immaculate and in great running condition and pickup/drop-off was easy.

Brian ReidPlease know that the truck leaked and damaged approximately 10 boxes and their contents. In additon the truck's drivers seat had a metal wire sticking up out of the seat which caused me to rip my pants. I would appreciate at least a $100.00 discount off my bill ED
