When returning truck the only available parking space was a handicapped spot I was forced to leave the truck in.. there is only four accessible parking spaces with everything else locked behind a security gate.. there is no seperatly marked uhaul drop box for keys as shown online, just a mail slot marked drop box is sharpie marker on the building..
Personnel was very courteous and helpful processing the order and securing the trailer to the tow vehicle.
Amazing, the staff member (forget her name) was helpful, timely and responsive. 5 Stars!!!

Service at desk was great! Yet not due to you, but the lock key for pickup the keys was broken in to and we got the key out. The woman at the service desk handled it very well. Maybe something more secure? Overall, awesome!
They gave me a truck that was not safe to drive for a long distance, truck air conditioning stopped working and after road assistance did not fix the air. Wipers on truck were not working and it sounded like if it had some mechanical issues never again renting uhaul truck for long distance

The cargo van was perfect for moving furniture and other items.
over all need to make access to drop off locations more clear. went to two other location to return the equipment before Finally this location was able to take the larger equipment that I had rented.
Have the drop box marked better
Moving/furniture pads were not provided per the order. There were moving pads visibly present at the store but they belonged to the “store†and I was refused the pads - unless I paid for them. I already paid for moving pads upon making the reservation. The employee told me it was U-Haul's problem not theirs. This is unacceptable. The employee called another U-Haul place and they did not have any pads.

dont let uhaul (not Stowaway) change the location and size of the trailer on the last two days!. I was was given a trailer I couldnt pull and uhaul changed the location to 40 miles away. Ridiculous
The place was nice. The back door did not shut. And the tire pressure light was on. The man at the desk was very nice but my van was not.
Wanted to do key drop return as truck too big to park anywhere near my house. ( 26') . Limited space after hours for drop off. It would s what it is. Other than that folks were great. Overall very positive experience
Gas tank was not completely full when I left with truck. Truck did leek water onto my box spring and some storage boxes.
I wanted to pick up truck at the location where I made the reservations a location 3 miles from my house not 10 to 15 miles from my house.
Find a location closer to the reservation point. This site was 45 miles away from my house, but customer support was excellent.

The trailer didnt work the lights and they had a lady about 50 yrs old doing everything she couldn't help with trailer poor lady. I was hooking it up alone she had no strength. Took me a while to figure it out. She was nice but not for a lady to do that
Truck was very loud needed maintenance at times accelerated on its own.
Location was fine and attendant courteous. Company policy that inspection of vehicle to be done by app and my having to upload pictures of damage is ridiculous, time consuming and adversarial. I'll look to rent elsewhere next time and I do so 2 or 3 times a year. Too much technology. What was wrong with a paper diagram where we mark imperfections - took attendant 3 minutes to stay with us till process done.

My complaint isn't with this location. It is with your mobile app. What a POS!!! I made my reservation at 4pm via telephone. The reservation was set for a uhaul center .5 miles from my house. I went to pickup my rental downloaded app and added all my information and it changed my pick up location to minehill nj. So drove there. Got there and then the reaervation changed again back to the other location. I immediately called uhaul and asked them to help me which they did. Some how there was two reservations. So he cancelled the one that was .5 miles from my home. Talked me through the app and we were looking for the van. Most of the vehicles had the stock number on ths front bumper. One of them did not. Walked around truck in the dark and got to back of truck and fell off a five foot cliff. The cliff went abother five feet down luckily there was a car port tent right there and i fell off cliff and landed against the tent which stopped me from going down the rest of the way. Needless to say I could have been seriously injured. I told the representative on the phone who heard the entire thing that tgey need to put a fence up behind those trucks. That would have been a huge lawsuit. He asked if i was ok. Well needless to say ths truck was not at that location. Apparently there is another uhaul .4 miles down the street so the gps on uhaul end wasnt showing me at the wrong location. So any way. We figured out wrong place, went to corrext place. Found truck. Tried to finish the the rental process the app timed out restarded the app and it created another seperate rental agreement. Meen while i was on the telephone with a uhaul rep. He transfered me to a woman who fixed the problems ams we were able to finally taks the van reservation was for 5:30. Didnt get truck and leave uhauk until almost 9pm. I have to say that i am extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience and my brother and myself and none of our family or friends will ever rent from uhaul again. Budget, Hertz ,or penske is getting our business from here on out.
The trailer was damaged so it was difficult to open and close the door. Also, the locking latch was broken, which I fixed myself before my trip so the door would not open on its own. I ordered 10 blankets, which were not in stock. I had to go across the street to another U-Haul Center to pick them up. They were nice enough not to charge me for the blankets.
Picking up from this location was so nice! The man at the desk was more than accommodating and gave us the information we needed. I would highly recommend going here for pickup needs.
