Convenient location, nice staff , but...This vehicle was not clean. The floor was dirty, seats were dirty, with hair all over them. Amazing how a cargo van rented for 3 hours and advertised for $19.95, that went under 60 miles can wind up costing over $80 with no added options except your mandatory ones and all the additional BS fees. Never again. I should have known better.John G.

You need to have in BIG BOLD LETTER ON your and IN your trucks, equipment , and pickup locations advertising the website to go to for the online reservation and after hours drop off. Very confusing. Once on the site the video was helpful. The scanning of the driver license was not easy and confusing also. Web site access had problems that day too. The office at pickup location could not process the rental at first due to website issues. NOTE - THIS WAS NO FAULT OF THE EMPLOYEES THERE they were helpful in assisting getting through the process. Due to corona virus I had to check back in online but the staff there wouldn't even come to the door to assist they just kept referring me to uhaul.com which was not exactly very clear. I spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how to check back in.Stephanie G.

Had a great experience overall. Sherry at the office is amazing. She helped initially with an IT issue picking up my van. But after dropoff, I had left something in the van and left a message after office hours. Sherry called me back first thing after they opened and got my item back before the next rental. Main office was horrible. Reserved a 5x8 trailer the week before, got called Sunday afternoon that the trailer was not available. I was given a truck instead and was going to have to change my plans. Dan Lasher (was excellent) called and said he head a 6x9 trailer and delivered it to me. Didn't seem to be much communication between the main office and local locations. Main office had 5 days to get me the trailer that I wanted or the 6X9, BEFORE I was given a truck that I didn't want.JIM M.

FYI...It is a hazard to drive with a cracked rear view mirror. The right side (passenger's side) rear view mirror is cracked in several places making it a hazard for driving. Please correct this issue for the safety of future rentals. Otherwise everything was good. Thank you. JCGJR.Jose G.

I would recommend for U-Haul to commit to what you put in writing. I had (4) major problems with my rental experience. 1) The pickup address that was sent to my email was different than the location who had my rental, which cost me an additional $30 in a cab fare. 2) The price quoted in an email wasn't the price charged. 3) The rubber around the windshield came apart during my drive. 4) I returned the rental truck 3 days early, and was told I will not receive a credit for early return. I've rented cars, and trucks for over 40 years, and this is the first time that I didn't receive some sort of credits for returning a vehicle early.Richard D.
