HELEN WMy entire experience was horrible. First you allowed me to book on Thanksgiving then called me the day before to tell me the site didn’t have what I orders then offered me a free 6x12 trailer then offered a $50 refund (which I never got) then when we get to the site to pick up we get a 26ft instead of 20ft. So now I’m pulling a trailer plus the added 12ft trailer. Gas mileage was a lot worse I’m sure. And with that we then got charge for a last minute change fee which I didn’t change anything you guys did. Plus they added insurance on the trailer since I had it on the truck. I feel like I was completely screwed and will never rent from U-Haul again.

Aaron BDefinitely get the insurance we had a tire blow, and were able to get a new tire to replace it and on the road in an hour.

JAMES BThe people at this location are very friendly and helpful, they hook everything up for you and make sure it’s ready for the road and when you bring it back they help you return it to lot and unhook it for you this is the second time for me to get a Uhaul from this location and would recommend them to anyone.

Alan DI don't see anything that can be improved upon at this location. The folks here are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful both in hooking up the trailer and helping unhook it when it was returned. Definitely an asset to Stuttgart Ar. to have this facility. Clean equipment and secured lot. Nice selection of rentals at the time too.
Alan DIt was a very easy process to drop the trailer.
