This is a great location, very nice, helpful people!
Nothing bad to say about the drop-off. Just wanted to comment that the truck had 2 of 3 12-volt chargers not in working order, so until I found the one in the glove box - I was unable to use it to charge my phone during the trip.
Clean, but the left signal did not work-fortunately, they had a second trailer to switch to
Corporate Legacy Technology, Computers, IT cost me 45 minutes standing at the counter trying to confirm my registration and payment. Extremely frustrating and it made me late for my next 3 appointments.
Don't change my location to two different states, and 4 separate locations, and give me a shorter truck than I reserved.
- location charged my debit card on two separate occasions. I ended up using another form of payment and I still have $635 on hold in my bank account. This has been going in for five days. Tires were very worn. One wheel rim was corroded. Ended up having a blow out.

There are always issues with their computer systems. It's really frustrating that it takes 30 minutes to check out even the simplest of trailers.
Seth was wonderful in helping us rent our uhaul. He walked us thru all the steps which helped make our move so much easier!!

Smooth process. New truck which was nice. Wish gas tank was full at the start which makes it easier to fill at end.
Your computer system was slower than all. Kept causing the guy difficulties. Took a long time picking up truck because of that.

I made reservations several times for this location but the online system would later send me an email directing me to another location for the truck. I cancelled all of those reservations and went in person to Sullivan's the night before and rented a truck they had on their lot. your online reservation system needs significant improvement.

Vehicle did not run well. Transmission did not shift well in gear. I had to shift from 3rd to drive after every stop for almost 900 miles. I did not get all 2 dozen moving blankets I was charged for.
The man that received the truck was very helpful. Unfortunately he had to track me down in the grocery store next door and call my name down the aisle to get my attention to come pay the remaining balance. I assumed that the overages for gas and mileage would be charged to the original credit card, but apparently not.
I liked the location because it was close to home however, I think the cost of mileage is too high.
Very disorganized talked to person on phone twice before going there totally told failed into ..bad business
Netting in entryway of facilitiy had several dead birds on it. Netting is not installed properly, causing birds to get stuck up there which is cruel. Netting should be removed. I'm sure dead birds are great for the health of employees or customers either.
Loved the conveinance of having a U-Hall so close to home, employees were very nice and helpful. Loved the truck!
Its so far away from the location I actually needed it. Not having to pay for gas and mileage would be great especially when nothing was available even though I was able to reserve one online for Rochelle, IL and the equipment was broken. The man was very nice at this location and got me out of there as quickly as he could even though the system was freezing again!
Probably you should improve your on-line reservation system. After I made the reservation on-line with all information, when picking up the unit, even though they found the reservation, they have to enter the information all over again.
The clerk at the winnebago location was very helpful, kudos for him. thanks alot.

Excellent equipment, super nice people, and good location made it a great experience. Can't rate your website as highly, though. New fields regarding info on auto's towing rating and hitch rating had inappropriate multiple choice options - I had to call in to make reservation. C'mon guys - it's 2017. Please review and update choices for 2009 Toyota 4Runner
Nothing there is no question uhaul is on top of the game? You are very responsive and certainly have trained people in customer care and satisfaction, I have previous experience with uhaul from my working days fifteen years ago and was satified then. However there is no question you have made great strides forward. Eguipment in excellent shape. Thankyou

Notify of the gas refuel. I was not informed and dropped the truck off and put the keys in the drop box- I then read that I needed to refuel but I wasn't able to. I was then charged a $30 fee for not doing so. Being informed would have been nice.
Very convenient,helpful, friendly staff. We moved our mother to an assisted living facility. Everything went smoothly. Equipment worked well. No problems at all.
