Charles KellyTell customer that the ten foot trucks have no ramp. The whole reason I needed a truck was to move washer and dryer up the ramp and then I get there and find out there js no ramp and the trucks with ramps were all rented. So it was a waste of money.

Amy BenitezThere was a man who was alil rude with my order and also tried to add blankets into my order when I did not request them , I found out after he gave the price and did not go into detail in the order until I asked him , he kept asking multiple times were we going to bring the truck back and I felt like he was trying to paint a picture on us whenever he was asking us multiple questions regarding our order . Just was not a good experience and I did feel some type of way.

Tammy ThomasWe got the old truck of the fleet, it seems. The truck needed front end alignment, at least. The steering wheel pulled to the right, and the effect seemed more pronounced when the truck was loaded. Front wheels were "pigeon toed" with truck loaded. No cruise control for a 1600 mile trip was tiring. Poorer turning circle than trucks we've rented from other companies. Seems this old truck should be used for short hauls or day trips only.

It's always refreshing to see the companies who honor the ladies and gentlemen of our military with a small token of their appreciation a 5% or 10% discount would have been nice.

AAMIR PRASALLAU-Hauls have become very hard to come by in our area lately. Finding a U-Haul was a pain in the butt but once I found someone the next day, I felt at ease and was taking Care of with ease and a smiling face.
YOLANDA SCOTTDidn’t have a reservation and after having a horrible experience at another uhaul location where they had rented out a prepaid truck I had reserved, this location was able to help me.
JESUS VALDEZThe agent informed me I would have to return the truck to another location because she did not have adequate parking space. I told her I had a contract to return it to that location and I was not driving to another location. She was angry jumped into the truck and drove away. There was no check-in, no inspection, she just drove away. Fortunately I received a zero balance receipt once she checked in the truck at another location. This type behavior from a U-Haul agent is really not acceptable. I would not recommend anyone go to this location.
Bill BallardFirst of all, it took 30 minutes to get through all the online check in points only to have it hold me up. It kept asking for another point of contact ( I gave 4 total!) and still could not get past that. Eventually the office opened and a live person was able to assist. Then after returning the rental, I was charged $21.20 fuel charge even though I paid and put fuel in the vehicle before returning it. When I called the office, I was told I have to call 800 go Uhaul. Well I have been on hold now for 30 min with no live person to assist.
