Great and easy service

tim bI called Sun Copies because I had an emergency that occurred which prevented me from being able to deliver the vehicle back on time. The individual I spoke with over the phone was very understanding and worked with me. Sometimes businesses do not have that same type of passion and because of his passion and understanding, I was able to finish my move without being delayed further than I already was.
Bridgette CThe truck was old and loud. The 247 box was missing the barcode for after hours return based on the instructions so that took longer than it should have.

Robin wClean the actual trucks it was disgusting and be upfront about the pricing nobody that I talked to with uhaul would tell me the price, just insisted me to give them my credit card. I will most likely not use uhaul trucks again unless I absolutely have to.

tuan nDidn’t communicate the process clearly. Just said return truck and put key in the door. Would have been nice to know that’s what you do if you want a 20 dollar charge! I did receive a text from them… but I was already driving when I felt my phone… would be nice to get the full instructions! The truck was returned at 7… I had to drive an hour back in order to complete the entire process to prevent the charge. No receipt was emailed to me. I had to return to the store and obtain a receipt and then I got the email x2. My first experience with uhaul and not impressed
Karyle PIf I make a reservation on-line, when I go to pick-up the equipment, I should not be charged anything differently than what is on my reservation. I had to pay an extra $115.00 in order to pick-up the equipment. What if I didn’t have the extra money. The man just ignored my reservation I made in-line. When I logged back into my u-haul account, the reservation was not there as the original reservation that I made. Please have a conversation with the man at Sun Copies. I’m not the only one who is complaining about this.

LATONYA PExtremely dusty inside and out. Windshield and front side windows covered with bugs and lite mud. I mopped entire interior before loading. Improved smell tremendously.

Wardell BThere was trash in the vehicle when i took possession of it. Service was quick, professional and friendly though. Only "negative", so to speak, was the trash that i assume a previous customer had left.
BRAD HI asked for a one way truck from Belleville, Illinois to Carbondale, Illinois and was told that was what I would get. When i arrived at Sun Copier in Swansea, Illinois at 9:00 am on October 30, 2021 I was told that I had to have the truck back by 4:00 pm that day and that it wasn’t a one way truck. Due to the time it took to load the truck make the trip, unload the truck and get it back I wasn’t able to return the truck until almost 6:00 pm and then I was charged another $124.00 maybe a bit more because I didn’t have time to put gas in the truck which it didn’t need since I was returning it with more than it had when I picked it up.

KALIDAH JI ordered the U-Haul online using UHaul.com. I had to pick up weight room fitness equipment in Mascoutah and was trying to pay less for gas by picking up at this location. Online, it said I could pick it up at Sun Copies and it said I could drop it off in East Alton, near the high school in which we brought the fitness equipment. Well, the manager at Sun Copies said that I had to return this UHaul to his store and could not leave it at the UHaul place in East Alton. Had I known this ahead of time, I would have simply rented the UHaul from the place in East Alton. So, he refused to allow me to have the UHaul if I did not agree to return it to his store. What was I supposed to do? Was I supposed to say no and now I have to drive all the way back to another location to get a UHaul that I needed then? This is very poor and for UHaul.com to allow me to sign up for the UHaul drop off at East Alton when not really allowed to is very poor. I am very upset as I had to drive the UHaul all the way back to Swansea after unloading it. A round trip of over an hour out of my way.
MARK BThe lady was great we like her but I got a voicemail from the man threatening to report the truck stolen not even 24hrs later I rented around 6pm Wednesday this dude left threatening messages before noon Thursday we moved things overnight so yeah we were sleeping the next morning (Duuhhh)
