Please install backup cameras on your trucks. So many other self moving companies already have them. It would greatly improve the moving experience. It is very stressful backing up these trucks basically blindfolded. The side mirrors are very little help at all.Ronald C.

I reserved unit online with a one-way drop off from woodruff, sc to Lexington, sc. When I reserved it said I got 114 miles with 2 extra days, unfortunately when I dropped the unit off, they have charged me for going over 86 miles, and charged me for two extra days! I am very u happy and dissatisfied with this company, and will be renting from elsewhere from now on!Shelina S.

The gas was read wrong and was marked as empty when it was returned a bit over 1/4 of a tank. When calling about it attitude was not pleasing and not helpful at all. When speaking with David he stated that the truck was no longer there and it was rented out on E. He mentioned that he did not take a picture so he can not prove to me that it was on E there is nothing that he can do and the manager asked and he told him that it's on E. That is incorrect gas was $25 was purchased in Ga and $5 again Woodruff. 13 was purchased and it only took $5 to get it back to 1/4 tankjohn H.

I made a reservation. When I got to the counter the agent didn't even ask me if I had a reservation. I told him I had one and he said okay but then he preceded to make a new reservation. In my original order I declined the insurance. He added the insurance and didn't even asked if I wanted it. Remind you I had a reservation. I only went 22 miles up the road. I did not need the insurance and this is not the first time he did this to me.i wish he would have followed my reservation my money was limited.latoya G.

I have sent an email to your customer service today because the rental location was terrible. I confirmed my pickup in person and the guy knew I was coming to pick the truck up but left anyway and if that wasn't bad enough, when we passed each other on the way to pick it up, he waved to us! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRELIABLE. It completely ruined the plans to begin and end the move. We had other people in Rock Hill, SC waiting for us but we had to tell them that we were completely delayed. To make matters ever worse, this email had a bill attached showing that they charged $30!!!! for 1/4 tank of gas!!! We were so delayed by this guy's unprofessionalism that we unloaded as quickly as possible and returned the truck right away forgetting to add 1/4 tank of gas. When we left and realized it, we went back to get the keys out of the dropbox, but of course we couldn't so now we have another reminder of how bad this entire U-Haul experience was. I really want our money back, this whole experience was awful.terri B.
