There is too much going on in this drive-in for one clerk to be the casher and retailer for U-Haul. You are trying to rent a truck and everyone is buying cigarettes, beer and lottery tickets.

I am not worrying about next customer I worry about me that you did not take care of..The manager was 2 hours late with the truck that I had order 60 days head. Now UHaul company is responsible for this..I had 2 men waiting on me to load my truck and I had to pay them for sitting around until I got back with the truck...Uhaul company owes me money on 2 men I had to pay for sitting around..

Clean and more comfortable truck pick up area. It was congested and we were interrupted several times while the operator took care of convenience store customers. The Truck cab was not clean and the box of the truck was not clean.

The computer wasn’t working so I paid cash and they still charged my card and I haven’t been reimbursed.

It clearly says $19 a day I had the truck less than 24hrs and it cost me $43. U added on 79 cents a mile at 23 miles. Yes I am totally unhappy with the way Uhaul does business

Decrease the wait time, I was at this uhaul location for 1 hour before he figured out what he was doing. Provide written directions/steps for the employees.

Horrible, horrible, horrible pickup location. This is located in a gas station. The guy processing our truck rental had no clue what he was doing. Said he had one hour of training. Had to be on the phone with his boss the whole time. He kept stopping my order so he could check out items for gas station customers. It took FOREVER. Almost an hour, standing in a run down gas station with little A/C. We were at another uhaul earlier and I heard the guy there give this whole schpeal to other renters about damages and insurance and stuff. Our guy did none of that. We asked if we had to bring the truck back to his location or if we could drop it closer to where we were moving. Obviously he had no clue; he asked the boss on the phone and told us yes, we could take it to another location. THANKFULLY I knew not to trust that and I called uhaul and learned it would be an $80 charge to drop it at another location. Did the guy mention that? Of course not. Absolutely clueless. It was extra frustrating because, obviously, we were moving and needed the truck to get started. This was my first time moving and while I KNOW uhaul is better than this one idiot - this experience definitely gave me a bad view of the business. Why in the world would y'all allow a uhaul to be run out of a GAS STATION is beyond me.
