We received a truck that was missing a front blinker light, the door lock was broken on the drivers side and it automatically locked even though the lock was turned to stay unlocked. This caused us to lock the keys in the truck. We planned to use it for an event and had to unload it and move it to a different truck. We had to call a locksmith. We returned the truck unused and was not offered a refund. The lady at the desk said someone was coming to pick up the truck right after we dropped it off. They had no intensions on fixing the problem. I hope the same thing didn't happen to them!Stephanie O.

I was overcharged by $100 I am unable to get in contact with anyone at this location. The rental for my truck was $50 and under a dollar per mile I put on 12 miles and was charged 160 some dollars. I'm not happy if my money is not put back into my bank I will contact my lawyer.Angela H.
After driving 15 miles each way to pickup the truck, we had to wait a LONG time for the approval - over the phone. Then, truck had dirt inside the box part of the truck. When making the truck reservation, I said I did NOT want insurance. Guess what I later found on my bill. In all it was one issue after another. What a fantastic experience, I was able to pull up to a pump and top off while the attendant unhooked the dolly. He let me know that once I had finished fueling he would park it for me. Quick and easy and super nice!EDWIN B.

The employee was not helpful and accused me of damaging trailer even when I told him I had pointed out to the employee at the pick up location and he had stated it was bent from when people use it as a step to get on and off the trailer when the car is loaded to the trailer.FELIX A.

I ready to location poor because the individual there had no idea what the trailers cost or anything else all he done was handed out keys the truck was clean but it has an exhaust leak I would really recommend going to a U-Haul main hub like the one on highway 92 did you know when I have the location although not knowledgeable about what the trailers cost instead of the truck was kind of short with his words and not very friendlyRaymond H.

The interior of the truck was very dirty. I spent the better part of 2 hours cleaning the interior from sticky drink residue, crumbs, crayon, trash, and general dirt. In the rear of the truck, there was lots of broken glass. There was also an overwhelming smell of smoke. I would recommend having a quality control measure in place to ensure the truck is ready for the next renter. You charge for gas if it's not left as it was rented, maybe have a cleaning fee and upon inspection, the fee can be returned or kept depending on condition of the truck. I would also have both smoking and non-smoking trucks available. For the future, I would start ordering trucks with rear cameras. Most vehicles today are coming standard with them and for some drivers, it would help greatly.Kendrick M.

First of all, I was told I would get a call with a contract the day before pickup and to discuss how/when to pickup. I never received that call. When my husband and I arrived at the Sunoco to pickup the truck the cashier seemed to have very little knowledge about how to rent out a uhaul. He tried to not even rent to us because it was close to 6 and he said â€œuhaul closes at 6.â€ This was also frustrating because I was not informed that uhaul closed at 6. I was under the impression that showing up a few minutes late would be no problem. Thankfully we were able to rent the truck still.Michael C.
That small van is a menact to who's inside the cab. The seat is terrible with little or no adjustment available.all my rather large amount of weight was all on my tailbone, Even in another car driving back it made misery for my tailbone, I have barely any buttt so no padding tilting the base of the saat reward would at least put some weight on the back of my thighs as well and help relieive the pressure.David B.

The person who took my keys could not even speak English. I asked for some sort of receipt showing I dropped the UHaul off and they had to call someone to speak to me. I never received confirmation of my drop off until the next day. We had WAY more gas in the vehicle than they indicated on my receipt. Very poor service.Mary D.

Very upset with my whole transaction. The equipment I paid for was not on the truck when I picked it up. The manager said he didn't even view my contract when I picked it up, so he didn't think to load the equipment I paid for. I returned the vehicle just before midnight, and when I went to Uhaul.com to checkout, the website was completely down for maintenance. I was on hold for 20 minutes before a customer service representative told me their website had been down for awhile, and that I wouldn't be charged for the late fee or the equipment I didn't receive. Got an email the next day with me receipt, and was charged for BOTH the late fee AND the equipment charges. I'm extremely upset with the terrible service and lack of help regarding my situation.Will S.

Since this location was a Sunoco Food Mart, the guy behind the counter had his hands full taking care of his regular customers.. Don't get me wrong, he was helpful and was able to get everything taken care of. It just wasn't the same as going to your U haul location on Hwy92.Paul R.

Online pickup option was advertised as being a quicker option & it took us so long to "get approved" online when we got there that we went inside to ask the uhaul people for help. It took two people to figure out how to find our reservation & complete the check out process. There should be an estimated quote for how long the online process takes, so people cab plan accordingly. Also the representatives at this location may find it helpful to review the booking process to make it a more streamlined for the customer.Timothy R.

These guys do it right! From the time I make the booking to after I've returned the truck, this uhaul dealer goes above and beyond to ensure my rental experience is the best it can be. Just about everything! The person at the counter knew nothing of my reservation, even though I arrived at the specified time. He did nothing to assist me connecting the trailer or making sure my vehicle was okay for towing it. Upon return, the same individual did not even acknowledge my presence. He simply looked at the trailer number, wrote it down and walked back inside. There are two other locations close by. I think you would do uHaul's reputation a favor by closing this one. As for the equipment, both tires were very under-inflated. They had between 35 - 40 psi. when they were supposed to be inflated to 65psi.James M.

The Sunoco gas station is a small operation compared to some of the larger U-Haul facilities but this did not matter at all. I was able to go right in and pick up the trailer quickly with no problems and return it to the same place the next day. ThanksMichael L.
It was 5 miles from where i originally order the truck. The had no furniture dolly (which I paid for) They said I hadn't paid and I had to get into my bank account to show proof. And it took over 40 minutes to get the pre-ordered and paid for truck. I had to pay over $40 to the guys to wait!Mike S.

Drop off Saturday and man running the station told me to come back Monday. He knows nothing and if I wanted to drop off the trailer to do it myself. Nice guy uh. So after struggling about a half hour with a drive by person we finally got if off. I went in to get a receipt he said what to you want from me. All I received was a hand written note.
