Before turning in the keys which I did a self check out , the guy in charge of the uhual came out and inspected the truck . He then started blaming me for damages on the truck that has previously been there. He was then threatening me to say that if I don’t tell him the truth when the next guy rents he will report me to uhual to pay all the damages. Do NOT rent from here these guys are running a uhual scam. ALWAYS take a video of the truck before grabbing the keys for proof. I will be reporting to U-haul headquarters to have an internal investigation!
Leonel PEmployee made subtlety albeit unintentionally ignorant racist comments. Employee was also slow at his job and did not take proper pictures causing further delays. I would have paid more to go elsewhere.

Anthony GNothing was in place; the location is in correct since the owner has two gas stations, the one on address is closed and no one is there to attend.
Jose GThe doors where locked when I arrived at the Sunoco but the service doors were open. No one was around, but I figured they would be back shortly. About 15 mins of waiting a guy rolls up on a bicycle and says i need to go next door to that gas station Bc that’s where the Sunoco stations worker is. I walked over there to see two workers and a lady on one of the workers cells phones talking with owner in regards to her Uhual rental. After she was finished and had her keys it was my turn to give all my information, including my credit card number, over the phone to this guy while the two associates listened. (I was not happy and neither was the other lady who went before me.) After a 45 min process, I had to walk back over to Sunoco with one of the workers to get the keys to the truck. Nothing was explained about gas, pics, etc. The owner on the phone was so rude and you could not understand anything he said- he also managed to screw up our drop off location but I was able to correct it during my 3 hr drive the following day. I would also like to mention that seeing this process took (45) minutes I lost an hour of my movers time Bc I only had them for a (2) hour timeframe for that day. They sat at my house for the first hour I had them for. This was by far one of the sketchiest ordeals I have ever been through and I work in the hospitality industry and we see a lot!
