I was charged a deposit fee of $100 they never returned it additionally I turned it in and I returned the U-Haul the night that I rented it so the same day and they charged me for two extra days that I didn't use it and now I'm in limbo because they're taking forever to sort it out

Called ahead of making reservation for the trailer to get confirmation that someone would be there to assist with connecting the trailer. When we got there, we were told no one was there to help. Manager was ON SITE but leaving for the day and left us hanging. We were told by the cashier that she didn’t know how to cancel or processs the refund. Still watching my credit card to make sure I don’t get charged. Worst Uhaul experience ever.

I made my reservation all online so that my boyfriend could easily get the uhaul after work. I called twice to confirm what he would need in order to pick up the truck. When he got there it took almost an hour to get things situated. It seemed like nothing was on the computer. I was on the phone with him trying to communicate with the lady for over 30 minutes. She claimed she told me she needed my card when she didn’t because I told her I would not be physically there and that I put my card into online so that I could be charged. Moving is hard enough, the entire interaction was more stressful than it needed to be. The workers at the location should be more formally educated on the process of releasing a uhaul to customers if the location is going to partner with the uhaul company.

My reservation was for 8 am...person show up at 9:20..and said that she was expecting me on 8 pm..but my name was in a system for 8 am..my movers was waiting and ofcourse get paid just for waiting with no truck;))

Rude and charged us another day for being not even an hour late when she advised yesterday we were ok as long as it was back by 9 pm. We were back by 7..

Make sure attendant is well aware of your procedures. Spent 4 hours and wated gas on you people just to tell us no one knew what was going on or what they were doing.

Please have the staff check on the uhaul return key box. We dropped the truck off on 1/5/18 and we kept getting call all the way till yesterday 1/8/18. Stating that they were going to prosecute my husband because we did not turn in the truck. And on top of that I call the store Sunday afternoon and spoke with someone and still got that call on Monday. Was not happy with the service we got.

The people at this location do not know what they are doing or how to properly use the uhaul system. We were there for 2 hours trying to return a rental and even when we picked up the truck they did kept telling me there was no reservation in the system. Very unorganized.
