They have in my receipt that I turned the equipment in today. I actually turned it in yesterday and I have proof.!!! But other then that all good!!!

I have still not at 9:15 pm 9/24/2023 recieved any email or text confirmation from Ridis drop off point for my move. I have pictures and so on just to be safe from yesterday’s drop of 9/23/2023 at 5:13 pm.

I was pleased with the attention given me at both locations; Bowling Green, Oh N. Main/W. Poe, and Sonoco in Crissy. The trailer I rented worked well. I have no complaints. I will be glad to know that U-Haul rentals are there to help me.

Tow dolly wasn’t there when I reserved it and I was late to where I needed to be then I returned the equipment a day early and was still charged the same amount

I was charged for fuel, after I brought their truck back two hours early and filled it up at their gas station. Make it, it make sense. 10/10 will NOT recommend.

I rented the trailer in georgia. I told them where I wanted to drop it off in the Toledo area. They had the drop off as a location very far away. It took about an hour to get it straightened out, so I could drop it off where I was. I will say, the lady that was working there did everything possible to get it straightened out. She was also wonderful, and went out and helped me unhook the trailer as I have a lot of medical issues. It was very very much appreciated!

The right rear tire had 38 psi air. The left rear tire had 41 psi. The right front tire had 73 psi air. The left front tire had 68 psi air. Absolutely unacceptable especially when I had to stop and buy an air Gauge that was suitable for trucks!! The driverside door rubber molding kept falling down while driving! The air conditioning would come on and go off the entire trip!! This truck was not suitable for an 1100 plus mile trip!!

Make sure the employees are trained on how to return a uhaul. I had to leave my mileage and wait for them to process the return the following morning. I got a receipt for the miles overage but still have no receipt for the full rental. The amount taken from my bank account doesn't match anything.

check out was good but checkin when returning the truck was a fiasco! The clerk on duty had no idea how to do it and when she called her manager the manager said to just have me write down the mileage and they would handle it next morning. I told her that was not acceptable and that I needed some paperwork of some kind showing I was on time and the condition and fuel were good. She said she couldn't do that because she was alone and didn't know how. She never even asked for the key back. I had to physically follow her to give it back. The manager needs to have all the clerks trained on how to do this. It was the most tedious return I've ever had. I rushed to get back on time and it took an hour and 6 minutes to get the truck returned in the system. Unacceptable customer service. I will use U-haul again, but not from this location.

2 hours before pickup I received a call changing my pickup to 35 miles away. Extremely inconvenient and resulted in more miles traveled and more money spent.

The back wasn't swept and I had to pick the rental it up from this location, not the address I put down. Then I was asked to pull a trailer to the destination for a mere 25 dollar discount. That wouldn't even cover the cost of the additional gas to pull it.

No identification was asked for, I was charged for safemove on a corporate account, I was charged for mileage that wasn’t used and the gas was exactly where it was when picked up but somehow charged for that. When I call, they only say, ask uhaul. Glad I took pics. That’s unacceptable.

Horrible experience all the way around! I booked my u-haul 2 weeks in advance online, it offered me $30 cheaper to return the rental farther away so I accepted that. When i went to pick up the u-haul thqt no longer existed, and I was charged more than they had said. It was also supposed to offer an extra day, which the date they put on my contract was 2 days out but they put I only had for one day. They also charged me for extra miles that were in the original quote, to where it doent even add up. They gave me 74 miles when google maps said it was close to 90. So on top of being charged more than what it was when I booked it, they charged me an extra $69.50 for being late and extra miles. MY CONTRACTS DATE WAS 2 DAYS AFTER MY RENTAL PERIOD STARTED AND I RETURNED IT IN 26.5 HOURS. IVE MESSAGED U-HAUL MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEY WONT REAPOND. THIS IS A SHADY COMPANY THAT I WILL NEVER SO BUSINESS WITH AGAIN!!!

The tail gate locking system was rusted. And it should have had a handle not just a strap. The trailer creaked as if the shocks were worn.

I rented a 6x12 covered trailer. I don’t understand why a trailer that size and tongue weight don’t have a jack. Someone is going to get hurt trying to pick it up to set it on the hitch. The other complaint I have is U-Haul. They change my pick up location three times.

No attendee at drop off and final charges where inflated with additional fees that I had declined at booking. The checkout process wsa slow. The trailer had not been checked in from previous rental so my reservation was not transacting.

We brought the truck to this location. The girl working said she didn’t know how to accept the truck, could we come back in an hour when Amber is there. So, we go back in 2 hours and Amber says the same thing, she doesn’t know how to take the truck back. She requests that we come back at 9am the next morning and talk to Julie. This is ridiculous and a disrespect for our time. This location should not be a drop off location if only one person knows the procedures. Awful!

Manager that helped me was very kind and most helpful in answering all of my questions! I wish I could remember her name, but she was most accommodating! Even though there is a place a bit closer to me, I will go back there due to the ease and customer service received!

Uhaul reservations told me this location had all the furniture pads that I would need!! When I went to pickup the truck and pads, no pads were available for my reservation. You failed on my reservation and did nothing to compensate me having to drive to a different location to pickup pads. I rent alot of uhaul's and this is just wrong!!!

Nothing went right with this rental. The pick up location was changed, never received text, email or phone call. I had uploaded my license before arriving to save check in but check was slow. Went outside and tracks were covered w it’s snow and ice which I had remove. Both tire straps terrible condition: frazzled ends, one side had strap that was split in half , and other side straps I found had tore and was to short to secure tire. This trailer should never had been allowed out for rental. Also I had move another car hauler out of way. I made my reservation 2 days in advance and trailer was not maintained and ready go. Totally disappointed and would never recommend.

The person who checked the truck out to me did not know how to issue a refund for the out of stock item I had ordered (furniture pads). Nothing was explained to me. The truck was clean and well-maintained.

Lady at the location could not check out equipment. Took over an hour to get trailer. The trailer assigned to me smelled like hogs been hauled in it. The lady at the location told us to just pick a trailer and go. Had to call 1-800 go uhaul to get trailer properly checked out to me.

Truck area had to be swept out before loading. Did not have all blankets I ordered. Did not bring triuck up to me. Told me where was parked and to bring it up myself where available blankets were loaded Good thing was this place was open on Sunday
