There's nothing I can think of to improve the experience. Everything went oh so well from the beginning to end of the trip using Uhaul. The owner at the Uhaul/Sunoco location was very helpful communicating and securing the transaction via cell phone.Sala B.

Nothing wrong with this experience. It's just a gas station with a couple of Uhaul trucks. Used the online check in/out. All attendants had to do was give and take keys.Michael W.
Online service is terrible. The u-haul system was down. And delayed me 50 mins. Not cool. Need to go back to paper application.Carl C.
The truck was dirt and the store clerk ignored my pre-registration and had me wait over 30 mins while he reviewed my credentials over and over. Thank goodness I had my own COVID19 disinfectant because it was obvious there was no attempt to clean or disinfect the truck. Someone left their ezpass and when I told the store clerk he just grunted. Also truck was filled with only half tank I also think it's false advertisement to advertise a $19.00 fee and then tack on a mysterious fee that more than doubled your advertised price. The truck I rented had over 124,000 miles and poor rear view site for backing up Very dissapointed with U-HaulDebra S.
