For 3 straight rentals , you have changed my location for pick up just hours before I'm to pick it up. I don't appreciate that at all! I'm seriously considering going in a different direction.

donna rThis uhaul experience was horrible. We reserved a uhaul about a week in advance, only to show up at the location and not have a truck available. We waited on customer service for almost an hour only to be told they had a system outage and we were not assigned a truck. After no help from customer service and hours later, we finally came across a truck and this location was helpful.
Samaria BAlthough we were able to accomplish our goal of moving, the truck sounds like it needs a tuneup and a run through the car wash.
Brenda LChanged my location without notice. The text I received still showed old location. This was the second time in a month I showed up to get a truck and had to go Somewhere else. Overall U-haul does not have it together and the trucks are getting dated and worn out.

Dionne MThe front of the truck vibrated when the brakes were applied. Not for sure why you assigned this location for pickup 15 miles away. I registered at a location that was closer and had the equipment needed. This location did not have the appliance dolly that was requested and blamed it on not being on my contract.

By 5:00pm well i picked up at 10 in the morning wed returned it at 4:25pm friday got charged a whole day bcause 5 hours that i would have pay at the time of the rental if they would have told me it was based on time not days very unfair for the extra day charge when i did not know it was coming

Charles WOnly issue was that the truck was very dirty inside. Was only renting for short time and distance, was not going to make an issue of it.
James FI reserve the right to further respond once the final charge is billed to my American Express. The gas charge was not the correct amount of gas as photograph by my camera and provided to the on line checkout. I only traveled a few miles. No way possible I use to gallons of gas and the receipt submitted to me was a gas charge is not correct.

Giavonni MRenting from this location was a seamless experience. There was no issue to find parking, it's conveniently located, and it's in a gas station so refueling after the trip was a dream. If ever need another U-Hual, this is where I'll go. The only negative was that the inside of the truck was dirty. I had to sweep it before using it. The mats had dried on mud, (but that's probably because it had been raining) and there was trash under the seats. That didn't take away from how easy the experience was though.
Sabrina TIt was nice in a bind being the only truck available at 7am on a Sunday. But the truck only had one working windshield wiper and it was raining. The other one was just a metal bar that repeatedly scratched the window if used so we didn't in fear of damage charges. (We didn't notice until it had start raining 4 hrs into our rental day) The check engine light also came on after about an hour and a half and there was no way to get ahold of anyone from the rental location bc they didn't answer phones.
Michael WThe employees were very helpful and explained things well. Picking up and dropping off was easy. Returning the fuel to level it was at pickup was conveniently accomplished on site. They had the size truck I needed, whereas many other locations seem to always be limited on the size options.

Nickki GTook the keys from me. Never checked the truck in person. Just asked me if I returned the truck at the gas level i got it at. I said yes. He said ok. I left. That was it. Then my invoice showed 66.00 in gas charge. That was to fill it up. I did not get truck on full. This should be refunded.

Jignelsh PI was charged $15 for gas when I returned the truck. It was documented by UHaul that the gas gage was at half full when I picked up the truck. This was not accurate. The fuel gage was actually slightly below half full. When I returned the truck, the fuel gage was slightly below half and the fuel gage was exactly where it was when I picked up the truck….slightly below half full but I was still charged $15.

william sIt was ok, nothing great, nothing terrible. Trucks had some damage on them but all damaged areas were marked with “x” marks. Service was ok. Price was ok.
Richard HUpon return of the truck I refueled it, leaving it with the same amount of fuel as when the truck was picked up. After leaving the drop site (Sunoco in Pooler) I received an electronic receipt for more gas. I consider this a fraudulent charge against my account. I should have walked the store personnel to the truck, showed the picture of the gas gauge which I took when I picked up the truck and verified it matched the gauge at drop-off. I will know better next time (if there is a next time.)

Dennis GThat is sneaky asking me to rate the store and not the company or the stores that did not have what I ordered. This experience was a total circus. I will never ever recommend UHaul to anyone. I will always use Penske in the future. The final kicker was being charged for two gallons of gas. I drove 25 miles and put 4 gallons in the truck. Did I really use 6 gallons to drive a small truck 25 miles? 4.25 mpg? And when I ordered supplies in advance online, I was not alerted to the fact that the supplies were at a different facility than the one where my truck was reserved. Only to get to the second facility and find no truck. The company found one for me elsewhere. When I got there the promised truck was the small one. This required that I make two trips to move everything. So, what is my opinion of UHaul? Abysmal. Never again.

QUAMONE NThe truck smelled like smoke. The mirror on the passenger side was broken and unusable. Engine light also turned on which caused issues.

Donald BAll I was asked to do by the clerk is provide them the key back and they would mail me the receipt. There was no truck inspection and they didn’t even ask me any questions about the truck being returned. They didn’t even ask me my name. That entire sequence seemed way too easy to me. I did get an emailed receipt very shortly after though.
Aaron WWonderful! I had the I option of going to several different locations and I chose this one AGAIN! Last 2 experiences were just as pleasant. CLEAN equipment. No issues. Easy in and out. These guys here are very nice and helpful. No problems whatsoever.

Andre CU-haul sucks. They over charge you for every little thing. Abusers. I put gas and they still charge me 10 more dollars. And there advertisement is false they claim you can rent a truck for $29.99 but at the end you end up paying way more than just simply $29.99

Rebecca VFirst of all, I'm being charged for way more miles than I actually drove. I did not any way in hell put 750 miles on that vehicle. 2nd of all the fact that y'all charge by the mile is the. Biggest rip off in the world. You offer no unlimited mileage plan and gimmick 20$ a day... I am a small business owner and I was considering signing up for the business rates with uhaul. But I'm honestly afraid to even know those rates at this point. Ill probably never rent another U-Haul in my life to be honest. They are scam artists and part of the problem with America today. But yeah you guys keep on keeping on. Just without me as a customer. 🤷🏼♂️
