I used the 24/7 truck share service. This is a very nice change from the traditional walk-up-to-counter method. I would like to be able to begin the check in before arriving at the rental location (at least establishing ID). This would save time since most if the time someone drives me to pick up the rental. Perhaps have a wrong location warning at the start of check in and a location verification at the end of the process.

Vehicles should be Serviced and than give it to customer. The one i got had oil service light and low on oil. When give it to customer it must be full with gas. So it makes easy for customer to bring with full gas. The Agent on duty was very nice.

The gentleman that helped me was great, but the equipment was not available at the first location and I wias sent to a different location to pick up, and when I got to the second location, someone else was already ahead of me, so by the time I was able to finish the paperwork and leave, I was an hour and a half behind schedule.

Called uhaul to get address of drop off location. Was given another location for the same company and charged $80 because of the customer service representative inaccuracy.

Almost tried to charge me for a dolly that I did not rent thanks to the pick up point for screwing things up. Im pretty sure I will not use uhaul in the future.

I wanted one way and ended up getting in town so had to add another 70 miles to trip to take it back. It was a pain but at least I didnt move outta state.
