Nothing everything was excellent
jorge cThe self check out and return on the app is a nightmare. I stood in front of the door waiting for my location to be recognized for a good half hour. The app and location spotting need to be fixed. There was no way of checking out the truck from the app. I had to go to the website and even the. It was a pain to find where to click.

Douglas FTried to pick up the truck at 7am but the location didn’t put the keys in the lockbox so I had to wait until they opened to get the keys from them. Had to wake up my sick toddler who should be resting in order to get there early in the day to try and get the move done at a decent hour. The app is horrible to use and is not user friendly. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth about renting. The only good thing is the van we got was clean and rather new.

Francisco SIssues with the milage on the contract. First issue was the original pick-up location did not have the truck when it came time for pick up. Had to call and have the truck picked up 33 miles away in sandy Utah. Had to drive back down to Provo Utah from Sandy Utah. Then drive from Provo Utah to Tooele Utah. Contract was adjusted for $50 dollars off from Cade Fisher for reservation change. Found out that the contract milage was change to only 32 miles. This would only cover the range from pick up in sandy to Provo which is 33 miles. I was charged an additional $138.22 for additional milage. The original contract was to pick up from Provo and transport to Tooele Utah. Which is 69 miles. Then from Tooele Utah to Eagle Mountain Utah at drop off location which is 41 miles away. This would have been 110 miles all together. The original contact was correct before the change in location pickup. My issue is that the milage was changed when the reservation was changed. The drop off was a pain because the app would not work correctly when trying to drop off after hours of operation.

Andrew PThe vehicle I was given had a "new" shifter put in which made my experience horrible. I was supposed to make 2 trips to move stuff today and was only able to make 1 due to the faulty transmission or shifter. I got stuck in park and the vehicle wouldn't start. That's when I decided to take it back. After some time I was able to get it in neutral, but had to hold the shifter down all the way back to Uhaul. If I let go, it would go back in neutral. I didn't have a very productive day. Not to mention it was a driving hazard. I think I should be compensated somewhat on another rental since I wasn't able to finish my job today.

Jeremy SSadly this was a very poor experience for me. A 39.95 ruching rental ended up being over $190! I traveled approximately 24 miles and was charged for 95 miles. The man I revved from wasn't there when I called to inquire about why my charges were so high and the young man who did speak to me was most indifferent and unhelpful. Moving is stressful and taking advantage of people with unexpected charges is a new low 🙄 . The truck is a truck and was fine. The U- Haul customer service experience was terrible. I'll NEVER go there again.

jeremy wI drove a total of 29 miles, i double checked in my gps multiple times, but some how the odometer read 80+ miles. We went one city over, there was no way we drove 80 miles and i checked on my gps multiple times. So i got overcharged for miles i didnt actually do but somehow the odometer was super high!
McKell BThey automatically added more to the charges then what I signed up for when I reserved it online. I thought that it was going to be just the 18.95 but when all said and done it was 26. This hasn't happened before but this time it did. I will be going to another location next time that doesn't add things to the charges that you didn't sign up for. Love using U-Haul it is a great service.

Melissa WThe tire was super low on air, around 9 psi. Couldn’t tell them the trailer wasn’t loaded, but as soon as there was weight in it, it was clear the tire was almost flat. Filled it up and saw that the tire was clearly flat for a long time or a lot of miles and the tread was almost gone. Was afraid the whole time I was going to lose a tire.

James HMy trailer was stored here and I foolishly assumed that it was a secure facility but the trailer was broken into and I lost over 8k in items. There was not even a security camera on the row that my trailer was parked in, we had no footage of the incident. At the same time, there was little to no information collected on the person who "rented" a unit in order to get a gate code and come in to steal my items. They came in after hours and called staff to get out after loading up my stuff and were just let out with no questioning.
