The truck we rented had brown MUD in the floor bed! It was nasty and the guy said he was going to bill the previous customers bit made no mention to compensate me! I had to mop out the truck before I was able to load it! This pushed my move time and made me rush in order to return the truck on time!Arthur B.

This U-Haul location needs proper signage not just on 95th Street being from out of town trying to find the U-Haul location was terrible I had to be dialed in someone on the phone trying to find this location in the rainstorm U-Haul needs to make that plan this is not a U-haul center this is a drop off otherwise then that my overall experience was coolCeree K.

Picking up a uhaul truck from a beauty supply store was not a good experience at all. When I reserved my truck I also completed an online check-in so that I wouldn't have to wait to be checked in when I arrived for my truck. Wrong, not only did I have to wait, but I also had to be checked in once again and the location had no idea about what I requested online. I ordered 2 Dolly's which weren't available. This made my move extra difficult and longer than expected. When I called to speak with customer service about having difficulties returning the veichle the rep was rude and she also raised her voice as if she was irritated about having to explain the procedure. Ive never experienced returning a truck on my phone so it was new for me. This experience left me feeling as if I'll never rent here again.LaShanda B.
