They over charged for the trailer ?? and caused my sister in laws check to bounce 2 18 dollars was 137 after the deal Penske truck rental sounds pretty good to me we were credited 30 dollars I hope it was good for you I won't be back

Find a different location for drop out. We got there and this place was closed. We sat for over a hour waiting on someone to show up. Not happy at all. I called uhaul and the worker on the phone was very rude. I shouldn't of had to pay for this truck !

We were originally supposed to pick up our u-haul at a different location. When we arrived at that location, the u-haul representative told us that the person who was using the truck before us hadn't returned it. We needed a 20 foot u-haul on Sunday, and he said now it wouldn't be there until Monday because the customer before us didn't return it on time. After that, we called customer service and the woman I spoke to told me that there were no available 20 foot trucks for the day we had reserved. We were then sent to Super Reitas to pick up a 26 foot truck (which we didn't want) because there were no 20 foot trucks even though that's what we reserved. When we got to Super Reitas, there were two trucks on the lot, one 26 feet and one 20 feet. The representative there said we could have the 20 foot truck. After over 2 hours of trying to get out reserved truck, we found out that there was an available truck literally 4 minutes down the road. However, there was no communication between the representatives and customer service so the entire process was a huge mess.

Staff on the ground was helpful and polite. But Uhaul corporate again failed to send out a receipt in a timely manner until after I sat on hold with their customer service for 30mins.

This was less to do with the location and more to do with the mobile service overall, which was horrible. We spent 30 minutes on the phone with a representative and the directions were very unclear. We also were unable to locate a key drop off box upon drop off, which was very stressful. The location handled this well, but the mobile service made this a horrendous experience.

Thru no fault of the rental agent, I was delayed about an hour in getting my trailer due to system errors. Additionally, the trailer wiring harness was cut, so we lost more time while another tech spliced it together. Both gentlemen were extremely nice and caring, which did help alleviate my stress

the staff was very nice. The equipment, however, was terrible. When I returned home, everything in the trailer was soaking wet. I know it rained, but I never would have thought a u-haul rental would destroy everything in the trailer. The takeaway here is to sort you business out and don't hand out trailers that are less than perfect to your customers.

I was charged for insurance I didn’t need & when I asked to have it removed, the guy at the counter told me there was no way to remove the charge. This was after I made a reservation online & specifically asked for a smaller truck but was given a 26 foot truck to move less than 2 rooms of furniture. There was a significant difference in pricing & this created an unnecessary issue for me. Let me be clear, the reservation was made with someone at the 1 800 Go Uhaul number. This means that you guys dropped the ball twice.

1. I returned the vehicle a day early to the location UHaul directed me. The return site was very dirty; broken down cars and litter filled the parking lot. 2. When I entered the building an individual behind the desk said the person in charge "had left for five minutes" and I couldn't check the vehicle back in until they returned. 3. I waited ten minutes and the individual had not returned so I went back inside and asked what could be done. The person said they would take the mileage of the truck and fuel level (I actually filled the tank beyond the 7/8's pick up level) and they would tell the person "in charge" who would issue me an email with the final invoice. 4. When I received the invoice I was charged for the additional mileage which was supposed to be granted because UHaul had changed the pick up location. I have chosen not to follow up as the amount was not significant and my time is worth more than sitting with a UHaul representative on the phone. My local rental experiences with UHaul had always been positive. I will look for other alternatives in the future especially if a one way rental is involved.
