I don’t have any suggestions at this time. The experience was great across each uhaul touch point. We had the opportunity to meet the regional manager at our turn in point. He was welcoming and friendly. I was also able to point out a tie down strap on the car hauler that was significantly worn. I don’t believe the strap would have survived another use.

Very helpful and giving..I forgot my Pin for my hitch and the cashier offered hers up. I tried it but it was the 5/8” pin and I needed the 1/2” pin. Ran to Harbor freight and when I returned they helped me hook it up safely Thank you

Michael AYoure customer service on a corporate level is atrocious. You had us drive to tampa from hudson only to be told that there was no uhual. Then to spring hill saying that location had a truck we could use and said you had booked it. It was not there the owner knew nothing about it and it was never booked. After a third time we when to brooksville and finally got a truck. After wasting hours and gas driving around the tampa bay area you have some nerve to charge me anything extra for gas and a clean up fee after you put me hours behind in my move.
