The location had actually closed about five minutes before we arrived to drop off the truck. The lady in charge did reopen for us in order to complete the drop off procedure, which we were grateful for. She went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us. Very good service.

Upon arrival the UHaul representative was not at work. The doors were locked and no one was answering the phone. Finally found an employee who worked in the building who was not a UHaul employee. This gentleman told me that the UHaul employee did not come to work that day. He had to contact another UHaul representative to talk him through the pickup. After that was finished, I was guided out to the truck, which was covered in ice and snow. The back door to the truck was frozen shut as well. I had to scrape all the ice and clear all the snow from the truck myself. After almost an hour from my arrival, I was finally on my way. Very disappointed, as I have never had an experience like this with UHaul before.

the staff was not helpful .. they seemed put off to help hook up the trailer and also did not let me know to get my license plate number before going back in to finalize the pick up. Therefore I had to make a second another trip out to get it. They just seemed inconvenience. They also mentioned my reservation was not until 3/30, but I made my reservation online and selected 9 or 10. It was just changed without my knowledge. I am also diappointed in u-haul for doing this.

The corporate U-Haul website is among the least user-friendly I've ever used. You have a great product/service and a friendlier website would serve you and your potential customers better.

Had to drive the trailer up to their back lot and unhook it myself. Would have expected them to unhook it in the parking lot and clean/inspect/store it themselves. Why make the customer do extra work?

We tried - in snow coved, slick roads, to find the 690 Airway Dr. Allegan, MI drop off location. It doesn't seem to exist. This was both time consuming and nerve wracking. Please don't list drop offs like this one as an option.
