The uhaul I rented got 2 flat tires in the same day. I rented uhaul to drive across the country from New Jersey to California. We waited on the side of an extremely busy highway for more than 4 hours with my dogs in the car waiting for road side assistance to just answer our call. After we got them on the phone 3 hours after our 2nd flat of the day, it took another hour at least to get someone out to help us. My boyfriend had to unload and reload a new trailer by himself (because I am pregnant) in the middle of the night and in the dark. Uhaul put us in a hotel for the night but that is because we wouldn't have made it to our hotel reservation which was stil 5 hours from where we were stranded. Because of this delay we did not arrive at our apartment in California when we planned to which made us miss our meeting with our leasing office and prevented us from moving in on our move in date. We had to stay in another hotel with my 2 dogs and wait for the next appointment to meet with our leasing agent to get our keys and parking pass. Because of the awful response time/answering time of uhaul roadside assistance, our amazing cross-country trip became a stressful, unorganized, and terrible experience. Very unsatisfied.

I was overcharged by 20 miles. The vehicle started out at 67381 miles and he recorded 67361 miles supposedly by mistake. I realized the discrepancy when I got to my son's apartment and it should have been a two mile ride, when it added up to 22 miles on the odometer. I finally did speak to the owner, and hopefully I will get a credit.He admitted to making a mistake. I haven't seen the credit yet. When we arrived to rent the truck, we asked to look at the mileage and he said that he did it already. I have all the documentation that he made a mistake and he did admit it. I just want to get my $21.40 back for the overcharge. Im not happy. It was,also a,private,home not a normal storefront. Very odd.

I'm very frustrated with your service. You charged me an extra day and 2 extra gallons and 2 extra miles, just to do 6 miles. Please, be advised that this issue will not be forgotten and i will forward it to whoever i feel the need to report it to. You're a shame to the rental service.
