We picked up the trailer at 11 am. We were scheduled to return at 10 am 2 days later. Our vehicle broke down and had to be put in the shop over night, which had us return trailer later in the day. I called immediately to let them know, when we were informed our vehicle wouldn't be ready until the next morning. I was told that it would be fine to schedule a later time as long as it was in the same day the trailer was due. Upon returning the trailer within the same ay, I was made to pay another day for the trailer.Sherrie M.

The location was fine except for the desk clerk in charge. I was to drop the trailer off at Maldonado's but went to Sure Stay because it was closer and Maldonado's is hard to get in to. The person working at Sure Stay had to call to see if he could take the trailer since it was to go somewhere else. As it was becoming a hassle, I asked for my paperwork back, and said I would go to Maldonado's. The second time I asked for my paperwork back, the person he was talking to told him to give me the paperwork back. He kept plugging away. The third time I asked, he said he was almost done. I paid for three days' rental and used one day. When I asked for a refund for those unused days, he said the UHAUL would sent me a refund check. (Unlikely) This was HORRIBLE experience, and in hindsight, I wish I had just taken my horse trailer to haul these things. It would have been easier and less costly.Terry A.
The lady who checked us out at the return place was fantastic in every respect. However, several days earlier I received a disturbing phone call from this location by someone who told me I was a hour late in returning the truck and there would be a fine. I told her I had paid for extra days in advance and the truck wasn't due for 4 more days. She kept repeating herself and was not friendly. I asked why she was calling me and asked to speak to someone else. The second lady was less unfriendly but neither were apologetic. I kept asking them to read the contract and contact the origin of the rental. Finally, the second lady said to have a nice day but she didn't seem to get it either. I called the Uhaul of origin and Stacey was again excellent and confirmed to me there were no issues on my end. Stacey is first class!! Personally, I would never rent anything from the return location. Since the options above are limited, I'm not sure how to rate the place.Robert J.
