I could have used more assistance in loading/hooking up the trailer, as there was no trailer jack, and it was quite heavy. Also, I was left to hook up on my own with no one to verify that the hookup was correct

Susie was very professional and helpful, but the phone rep that I spoke to to change the pick up time, didn't enter it into the system, so she was unaware of it, and was late getting to the site. After she arrived, and started trying to enter my debt card info into the system, it kept failing. After her trying at least 3 times to swipe my card, she called corporate, and they informed her that the system was down nationwide. I had people waiting at my apartment to help me move that had important plans for later in the day, and it was now almost an hour after we had planned to get started. Last night I checked my bank statement, and seen 2 different amounts of money that U-haul took out of my account, that amounted to over $125, when, according my calculations, the charge shouldn't have amounted to much more than $50. I barely drove 20 miles, and used about 2 1/2 gallons of gas, which I refilled before returning the truck to Susie's place. I will be disputing the charges, and fully expect them to be corrected. I've used U-haul many times in the past without incident, but I'm a little disappointed with this experience.

Please correct the address for this customer! The address that shows up on the website takes you to someone's house. If you google the company name it's a different address and the correct place. I've already told the company owner that shows the wrong address.

I dont understand why a moving company, that has been around for so many years, does not offer an inclosed trailer that is tall enough to fit a standard size refrigerator. I rented this trailer specifically to move a refrigerator. It was raining and I didn't want it wet. Guess what, it wouldn't fit, so I had to put it in a truck bed, soak the refrigerator, and pull around an empty trailer. I know I should have measured the height, I just figured that common house hold items would fit in a moving trailer.

Tried to rent 15 foot truck at 2pm on 10-27-18. The uhaul scheduled it at a different dealer nearby at 11e0 am. Could. It make it at 1130. This dealer happened to have a 10 foot truck which we rented. Not big enough, and have e to take a second trip. Bad business from uhaul.

Not location fault but Uhaul reps & car compatibility sites fault. The car I was towing was said to be compatible with the dolly but when loading onto dolly the bottom half of front bumper was ripped off by the ramp of the dolly.... waiting for this to be made right and replacement of my bumper.

Miami siding and door was the original pickup spot, but they didn't have any of the equipment. Had to go to another dealer to get the correct truck. They were fantastic. Had to drive 44 miles round trip to pick up the auto transport.

I have complaint with the Joplin location where we had reserved the trailer. They called us the morning of the rental, said they did NOT have our trailer as reserved. We have to still pick up a dolly in Joplin (already 15 miles from home), but hey had no trailer. We then had to drive 45 miles to the Miami, Oklahoma store to get a trailer. Many miles and hours behind schedule because rental was not ready as reserved in Joplin. Waste of my time, money, and gas to travel so far and two locations for just a trailer and a dolly.

The location and the staff was just fine. However, the condition of the tow dolly was very poor. The right fender (wheel cover) was coming off. The platform that the vehicle sat on was crooked hence causing a very unsafe transportation experience. We had to pull over multiple times to try and fix it. It took us 6 hours to drive a two and 1/2 trip because we were not able to go the full speed limit. If at all possible I would like a refund or some sort of discount. We did call the drop off location and asked for the customer service number but he stated that he didn't have that information. Please have someone better maintain the workings of the equipment so as the next person doesn't have to deal with this.

Location to pick up was very nice. The truck on the other hand wasn't. I drove it less than 20 miles and it broke down. It took 7 hours to fix it. But before it got fixed I had to drive both off my vehicles 50 miles where it didn't get fixed. They were going to take me back to where I broke down to wait three hours for the road crew to get there.

I DONT THINK YOU CAN I KNOW I WILL NOT USE U HAUL EVERY AND WILL NOT RECCOMEND UHAUL TO ANYONE . I FEEL THAT THE DROP LOCATION COULD HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL IF YOU PAY CASH THEY SOULD GIVE CASH BACK AT ANY LOCATION OR THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS

I received 2 receipts, one for the truck and one for the tow dolly. Both had the dollar amounts at 0.00. I need proper receipts for tax purposes with completed dollar amounts.

Since paying with cash, I was told there was a $100.00 deposit. It was supposedly to be placed on a credit card. However, in returning the truck, I discovered the deposit was never recorded on the contract. There was a transaction for the amount with change of $100 to me. That was not the case. Unfortunately people do not have money that can be played with because your company chooses the policies they do. I watched as the 100 was put in the computer as a deposit. I did not notice that your computer system kicked it out and made it part of the payment for the truck. Also, I was told the truck was $245 but on the contract was recorded $250, along with a $5 environmental fee. Your location people are great but your computer programs along with your overall services need great attention. As a customer I called the number on my contract when I arrived in McPherson. Only for your business to be closed. In knowing McPherson area, I knew where to drop off my truck. However, if I were in a larger city, I wouldn't have. You should improve that automated system as well. People really do prefer the human aspect to business versus an automated system that gives poor information and is unavailable to help. My over all u-Haul rating experience is a 0 because of your computer system and the automated telephone system.

Rental location was fantastic..very friendly and helpful. However U-Haul customer service was terrible, the lady was rude, would not even take my reservation confirmation number, she cut me off while I was speaking saying they would not even begin looking for the truck I reserved until Saturday. And then I ended up getting downsized to a smaller truck than what I had reserved. Susie's was A++ excellent but U-Haul has room for improvement.
