I picked it up in the morning when the temperature was in the single digits. Khurram had it running and warming up, snow brushed off, and ice scraped for me when I arrived. He made it a very easy and quick pick up and return. Thank you!

The gentleman that processed the rental was very helpful and even took time to come out and check to make sure everything was ok before I headed out.

I got wrongly charged 38.50 for wrong fuel level marked by the receiving person. I have a photograph that is time stamped reflecting the actual mileage and gas level when I returned the truck. I filled it up, yet the attendant felt the need to reflect a 1/4 of a tank less and charge me extra $38.50! When I called customer service I was told by a rep, Cheryl, that “the manager will call me back in 24-72 hours”. This is negligence or intentional overcharging by the receiving location and I have photographic evidence of the deceit and wrongful charge. Worst experience with UHaul! This will be my last time as your customer.

The Clerk and Supervisor had difficulty finding the reservation and translating. Fortunately, a 3rd Clerk appeared to be well versed in the proper U-Haul procedure. He was able to explain the reservation & register to the others, the accessories ordered: the difference between the furniture and appliance dollies & how to use them best, as well as explain I had ordered too many blankets, figure out the correct number and adjust the invoice. He explained everything well regarding operating the truck, the insurance policy, what to do if there was a problem, and to be sure to refuel the truck before its return. He gave me a print out that included everything he explained and a gas gauge illustration. Unfortunately, he was not able to explain why the guaranteed pick-up location was changed, nor the drop off corrected, but confirmed all U-Haul conversations were recorded and they would have documentation to match mine. I checked no for recommending this location, however, if I was asked I would explain at the time of my move, all but one of the staff needed more training to move things along efficiently and quickly and it was difficult for me to find. Someone more familiar with the area might not find that a problem. The store itself was clean, neat and well-maintained and the staff friendly enough, just not knowledgeable.
