Bradley FThe cab was smoked in recently. I am sensitive to this, so wasn't a pleasant experience. Also, the gas Guage was not indicating the correct gas as I filled it. As a result, I had to guess at where the Guage actually was and ended up putting 1/4 tank more on it than it was when I got it. This can be verified through this location and I am requesting a discount for this.

Danielle WNot allow you to schedule a truck that is unavailable. Then change your location way out of the way less than a day before pickup. We had to go with a smaller truck and detour over 60 miles to pick it up which added miles to my bill plus the extra gas and not compensation for the inconvenience

cory wUpdate your computers so your system doesn't mess up the customers information. I gave a cash deposit and because of your system I have to wait 48 hours for my card to receive the payment. You don't wait for payment, why should a customer wait for a refund.
Angelique BU-haul needs to pay attention to what the customer has rented. I get a phone call on Monday, from u-haul, saying I have to move the truck and trailer because that location didn't take trailers. This isn't a mistake the customer should fix. I was told to take it there, I did, now it is out of my hands. I ended up NOT moving the truck.

MICHAEL SI used the vehicle on a Friday and was charged the weekend rate I believe I was over charged for the use of this vehicle I may never rent from Uhaul again.
Greg CI should have worked with Doris at the Sutro location from the beginning of my moving experience. I think your 800-uhaul was a joke and it just made me more upset everytime I tried to call them. They not only lost my reservation which I made 6 wks in advance, they had me going to Sacramento and back to Nevada when all I wanted from the beginning was a local rental. Thank goodness for Doris. She took matters into her own hands and finally did the booking. My confirmation number from the U-Haul in Carson was never on her screen. I think the kid in Carson screwed up and was upset with me because I didn't want to rent from him. Did he loose a commission??? That is probably why my confirmation was never found. I will never do business with U-Haul again and believe me, my friends and family know what my feelings are with this matter. I will tell them to go see Doris at the Sutro location and not deal with the dummies anywhere else especially the 800 number.
