They were not open when dropped off
Craig GI had gotten the U-Haul and was at my destination, couldn’t use the U-Haul for half the day because whoever was supposed to look and make sure the previous renter brought it back and it was supposed to be good to go for me but there was a lock left on the back door and when I had called SWANSONS to let them k ow about it they wanted me to take it to a locksmith or figure out how to get the lock off .. I let them know that it wasn’t up to me to have this done and they needed to figure it out.. once that was done and I had taken the U-Haul back not even a half hour after dropping it off they left me a voice mail telling me they over charged me a large amount. 739.00$$ and then charged me another 217.76& on top of that!! NEVER AGAIN!!

DOUG SLocation was easy to find and well-situated right on my way through town- access was very also- on a frontage road along the highway. Because my drop-off was after-hours, I did not interact with personnel, and cannot comment on the interior of the building. This location is not a dedicated Uhaul Center, so it did not have the facilities or branding of a Uhaul 'store', but the other trailers were lined up nicely along a fence and there was an opening to drop mine off. I most appreciated the ease of finding and accessing the location, as I was anxious to get home after a long day of loading/unloading the trailer, and still having a long drive ahead of me. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

Teresa HWhen I picked up the truck the previous user had spilled something sticky in the center counsel which was still there. Otherwise the truck was clean. One wheel bearing sounded like it was going and the windshield wipers weren't great. Overall it was a good experience and I was able to accomplish my move.

ANDREW HEmployee's were just leaving when I got there. instructed me to check out the vehicle on line. Had issues with the online service, had to call the 24 hour number twice to finally get it to work.

George EWe got there and the trailer was buried in snow. The attendant mentioned that he hadn't hooked up one up very often, didn't twist the chains enough so they were dragging on the ground, didn't hook up the emergency break hookup, and told us that the lights on the trailer not working was "okay" and I could drive it like that if I wanted to. It took over 1 1/2 hours to leave their facility.
