The location had three units, two 5 x 8 trailers and one 4 x 8. One of the 5 x 8's had a flat tire, and one had electrical problem. We had to wait for all three to be dug out of the snow. We had to settle for the 4 x 8 and then had to wait as there was a mixup in the identify of the trailer. We had to use the numbers for one of the 5 X 8's and I think we had to pay for a 5 x 8 just to get the contract drawn up with the incorrect information. Fortunately, the drop off dealer was able to handle things for us with no hitches because of the paperwork.

From the location we rented the truck to the drop off site the guy at Swipe pump and go told me that I went over in miles which the lady where I rented the truck told me that I would not go over in miles for sure.

Uhaul could've been cleaner. It needed to be swept out. There was a lot of dirt and debris and a couple of empty toilet paper rolls left in it from prior usage. Customer service was ok though. Person that dealt with uhaul wasn't around but easily took care of my rental over the phone and was very pleasant.

For the last five years I have been doing one way trips of 1000 kms Price was under $200. This week I rented the usual equipment and was astounded to be charged 5x the previous price. Costing $1000!! I will attempt to challenge this. If no success. No Uhaul. May as well buy.

I booked a 26ft truck for my mom 16 days in advance. Uhaul did not call the day before (as stated in the agreement) then when I called to confirm the truck was ready I was told the day before i was moving to a new city that the truck had been in the shop for repairs for over a month. If the truck is not available do not accept a reservation thats common sense. I was then told i would get $50 off the rental if o drove 2.5hrs to another town to pick up a 26ft that was available. In the end I was stuck with a 5x8 enclosed trailer. I could not fit half of my stuff in it and required me to drive back and forth between the new and old city. This was by far the worst service i have ever used and will never use it again. I will also be sharing my experiences with every and anyone who is considering your business. You should be ashamed to offer such terrible service.

The Wawa location staff are rude non helpful puts uhaul down ( said comments like they uhaul are stupid it's a shit company ) The mananger at that location did nothing to help me . I had to be on the phone with the call in centre for a total 74 minutes in a two day span to get the truck contract . The people at the call centre where amazing nice to talk to got the contract to me by email and had us on our way I would go with uhaul again no problem but would never go to the people in Wawa unless it was a new manger she really made us fell we where a huge inconvenience to her that day

The customer service I received well doing business with this company absolutely sucked. I received no help what so ever. No one could answer any of my simple questions, I was lied to about pricing and fees, I was billed on my credit card for fees that I did not authorize and was not given any explanation as to why or what these fees were for. I talked with several different people at customer service over several days and felt staff was improperly trained, did not listen to any of my concerns nor could anyone answer any questions I had. They kept asking me who I talked to before. I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the whole experience. It will be the last time I ever rent anything from you people again. I will inform all my friends and, family of the extremely poor service I recived from U-Haul.

THRE WERE TWO OILY BLANETS IN THE TRUCK AND SOME OIL ON THE FLOOR WHICH HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED UP BUT DID NOT CAUSE ANY TROUBLE.

I'm not sure the young girl knew what to do. She did fill out the paperwork correctly. she was very nice. My only concern is that she never came to look at the trailer. Everything was good and I cleaned it before I bring it back.

Vibration on drive shaft, radio Brocken and could not operate air con as issues with belts and noise. The winter hot air traps open and the heat was quite severe until we realized that these where shut manually Other than that, truck ran as expected

I was more impressed where I dropped it off in Kap. That was the first Uhaul place I have ever seen that actually serviced the units. Most Uhauls are never serviced at least that am aware off. Hat off to th boys at your Kap. location. Wawa was average but they don't service them clean yes but no mechanical stuff.

I booked my pick up location in Marathon. When I arrived there I was told that they had no paperwork or trailer available. So I was sent over 2 hours away to Wawa. Where I spent another 2 hours changing my hitch (which met the criteria online). I should have been notified right away that my pick up location had nothing available. I should also be compensated for at least my extra tank of gas. All in all this was not a pleasant experience.

An online training webinar for staff members in your locations. We had an easy time setting up the rental with one of the employees...when we went back to pick up the trailer the next day there was a different employee. She accidentally cancelled our rental and was not sure how to enter it all back in again.

You need to train the staff on how to do rentals. It took an hour and a half just to get the paperwork done. Way too long. After hooking up the trailer the bottom tail lights did not work. The level of service was absolutely horrible.

Please train your staff! Nobody on site had the faintest clue of how to process a rental. I had already reserved online but it still took an entire hour to process on site. Staff have no knowledge of how to hook up a trailer and this could be very dangerous if the customer is also not familiar.

Maintain the equipment!!!! I had the door of the trailer I rented come open causing items that were once in the trailer to be thrown over the road. Luckily this happened 1 mile from my house on a low speed road and not on the expressway. This could have been dangerous.
