The return location website a said they opened at 8 am. Got there and it looked like a house with an empl6 grass lot next door. Called their number and the voice mail was full. Call U-Haul and they said it was the right place and walked me to the hidden lock box and said I had to use the online app to do the check in. Cell reception was very poor and took awhile. There was no key return box. Not the fault of this locationbut. I requested a reservation at the madera Ranchos location. Turns out you can't do that. The corperate person I had to talk to about it was terrible and out to have a fight on the phone. She hung up on me. I asked to speak to a manager and she said none were availablesoI requested a call . NO ONE called me The return of the truck was a mess. the app said I would owe over $4,000 dollars. I had it for about 7 hrs. To drive that far I would have to travel over 700 MPH. The inside of the truck said I would get a $25 dollar rebate for returning the truck clean. I was clean and I didn't get a rebate. I was set up for 24/7 pick up but it turns out I wasn't. The man I spoke with to help me was great. The rest of the transaction was horrid. NICE truck. Very low on gas.The woman that I talked with for post reservation should be firedWilliam G.
