The return location website a said they opened at 8 am. Got there and it looked like a house with an empl6 grass lot next door. Called their number and the voice mail was full. Call U-Haul and they said it was the right place and walked me to the hidden lock box and said I had to use the online app to do the check in. Cell reception was very poor and took awhile. Very poor return experience.
