The one tire on the trailer was smaller then the others and it was leaking air. It feel apart on the highway. This was on a Easter Sunday .We sat on the side of the road for 5 hours waiting for help. Tis is a mess try it sometime.LOUIS D.

Trash was all inside the trailer that had to be cleaned out after I meet to pick up the trailer. It was already reserved and paid for. They did not have a furniture mover, already paid for as well, and my bill still doesn't reflect that charge being removed.Craig S.

When renting the trailer, I was told I would get a refund for the 2 day rental if I returned within one day. I returned in less than 24 hrs and was told when I returned that I would not be refunded. Very frustrating to hear from a customer's perspective. Please refund me for the day I did not use as originally promised by the sales rep I rented the trailer from. Uhaul should honor the expectation set by it's employees.James G.

I requested a pickup location of Pageland SC and Uhaul changed to North Carolina with out discussing and could have been a problem had I not confirmed location. Once I contacted Uhaul they relocated to Hartsville SC and all worked good. Trailer pulled great as always. Dave H.David H.

The truck was not swept out and clean inside the cab or trailer. However. The gentleman that helped me, Trevor, was simply wonderful.Dell D.
There were many U-Hauls in the parking lot, we had a hard time finding somewhere to park the trailer. But we dropped it off when they were closed, so it probably would've been easier if someone was there to let us know where to park.Deborah B.

We arrived from out of town. No social distancing in effect. I tried to do absolutely everything on line so I would be in and out. Touchless. Nope. Still had to give my ID and such. Employees with no masks. People at counter crowded together. Two employees came out to hook up the trailer. I was in a mask. They were not. I asked one to stand back from me as I work with Covid patients in the ICU. They assured me all hooked up. We drove about two miles to pack up my daughter's dorm. Took one step on back of trailer with first load and entire trailer came up and off the hitch ball. It wasn't even attached!!!!!! I was traveling with my two daughters and we had a two hour drive. Gives me goosebumps to think of what could have happened had that trailer fell off on the road. Trevor came to the school to check it was correct after my daughter figured it out and isn't even an employee there. Trevor came and was great. Assured us it was safe. Took a photo of hookup. Only thing... would feel a lot better if he was masked. It really does show the public you respect your customers.... it's about confidence and saying .... please come do business here, we will protect you as much as possible I came in contact with three employees in a short time. Not one in masks. How many people, in that close office, had they all been in contact with? It's just exudes a poor image of not being dialed into CDC guidelines.Jacquelynne B.
