MARK COVINGTONFrom the first call for information to scheduling the truck was so fast, helpful and easy. Talked to owner when scheduling the truck and was treated so professionally and kind& so helpful with moving tips. Then when picking the truck up on Sat morning it was just as easy. Truck did have a dead battery, we went in & within a couple minutes a guy came out and jumped started the battery. He apologized to us saying that this happens once in awhile. I am very very impressed with TMC Automobile their UHAUL service. I have already recommended them to several people I know who are getting ready to move.

Lillian SchroteMy issue is not with the location or it's staff. My issue is with U-Hauls ridiculous rate. $29 base rate plus .69 cents a mile drove 240 miles round trip picking up supplies. Came out to $217 for using the truck for a day THEN another 80 for gas. That's $300 a day you got me for and that is insane for a little 15' truck. I will never use U-Haul again. I repeat, the location and it's staff are awesome, but U-Hauls prices are ridiculously unnecessary for local customers.

Jason GerkeHave vehicle prepared with snow and ice removal before pickup. OR, have a prompt that gives a warning that customers may have to check for frozen locks and doors. Maybe advise bringing tools that would help frozen truck parts.

Jim DillinThis was the nearest, most accesible location that was open on a Saturday. I know of 3 locations that are closer. I had to pay for 40+ miles (roundtrip) that would not have been a factor if any of the other 3 locations had been open. Also, it is not in New Lisbon - it is closer to Necedah. The clerk was very efficient and the truck was ready to go.

John HammerThis experience was a nightmare, which is a shame as I've had very smooth experiences with you in the past. On the day I was to pick up my uhaul at a location only a mile away from where I was living, I receive a message that my pickup location has been moved 30 miles out of the way. I called to see if this could be changed to any of the other locations closer to me only to be informed that I was out of luck, however the cost per gallon would be discounted, and that genuinely is appreciated, so thank you for that. Once I got the uhaul, the move went smoothly. My TV did break, but it may have been my own fault, I'm not too heartbroken over that honestly. When I looked at my drop-off location, I learned it was back at the same location out of the way I picked it up. I called to see if it could be changed to the dropoff location it was originally, and was informed there could be a fee for that. So I went to return the uhaul in New Lisbon, and before I deposited the key, I had to try and find an uber or lyft or taxi since I was dropped off the day before and that ride was not available today. Unfortunately, there were no services available, so if I dropped the truck off there I would have been stranded 30 miles away from my place. So I did the only logical thing I could think of and drove and dropped the truck off instead where it was originally scheduled to be dropped off (and picked up) in Wisconsin Dells. It was all very exhausting and frustrating. The move itself was fine, but pickup and drop-off was a nightmare. I just hope that you don't charge me an extra fee for the location I left it in, I really did try all that I could to do everything exactly as you desire, in fact the photos I took of the truck for the drop-off were done at the New Lisbon location just as I was about to deposit the key, but realized I would be stranded if I did.
