Mike Sthe 6x12 trailer i rented does not have a jack and is way to heavy for the normal person to be lifting, plus it makes it real hard to try and hook it up to the vehicle when you are by your self.
james fI was traveling home across country with my 3 children when we hit a deer and totaled my car. I rented the truck so I could get to a rental car. The gentleman that helped me at UHaul was like a guardian angel. He couldn’t have been any nicer. I was flustered still and he really helped me calm. Thank you THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.
Kate WUHaul needs to communicate with their dealers. I was to pick the trailer up at 4:00 and had to wait until 5:00 to pick it up, since the dealer didn't know I was coming.

NATIVIDAD GThe GPS pin for the business is set to a mile down the road. I spent 2 hours walking around while on the Phone with customer service as this is what they mentioned I needed to do. Unfortunately after about 1 hour of not finding the pin customer service put me on a hold and then hung up. I had to search the Uhaul map of locations in order to figure out that the station was over a 1mile down the road, on the other side of the town. It was not safe for customers to walk at night trying to find the GPS pin that should be set to the exact location on the map. It was beyond one of the worst experiences I have had. It also gears me to utilize budget or penske in the future. Get your crap together U-Haul.
SHAWN DAdditional lighting for early morning or late night pick ups or drop offs. The online check in was a pain and finally had to call the 800# and was told to walk up and down the street and around the lot until the website saw I was at the right place, all the while I was looking at the truck I was picking up. The online return however was a breeze.
Tyler BNobody was on site to assist with rental of equipment. Charged for 5 days of rental and more gas than actually used. I only reserved for 1 day, and used equipment for less than 24 hours. I was quoted $392.60 for the rental... when all was said and done I've been charged $780.29 for a less than 24 hour rental, maybe an extra 25 miles above what I was allowed, and 1/8 of a tank of gas... no, I'm not a happy customer. The only nice thing I have to say is that they let me hook the trailer up by myself so I didn't continue to be stuck in Kansas and possibly miss my flight home to Florida Saturday morning in Denver...
Wendy MAllow people to drop off wherever they want. I had no option for a month of storage. Was told there was none. I wasn't offered a raincheck either. Service could have been better.
DESTANIE LI was schedule to pick this up by 10:00 a.m. No one contacted a U-Haul dealer and he could not be there until noon. We missed our meeting and had additional expenses that we had not expected due to the 2-hour delay.

MICHAEL AThere are lots of your trailers in Kansas. Maybe you should find a way to get them back to Colorado where they are needed.
ELLIE LLack of communication. The first guy came and saw me he knew I was there and he said he it would just be a few minnests untill the trailer guy gets there and it was like 30 because wen the trailer guy got there no one told hi. I was there. He did do an excellent job after he realized I was there.

Bert MUnfortunately this survey form only pertains to the pickup and dropoff locations. It never asks about the service of UHaul Itself. Sad, terrible company.
Gary JVery pleased. Pickup was quick. Guy in Oakley was very polite and answered all my questions satisfactory! Please with how trailed worked. Very reasonable prices. Drop of of trailer was quick. No problems at all. Was my first time hauling a car like this. SATISFIED!

Rita BThe rental was too expensive. The f-650 should of been a Diesel engine instead of a gas engine. It burns too much gas. The rental in general was too expensive
HECTOR AThe people at R&R Tire went above and beyond the call of duty. They had a unit that was down for repairs and we needed to rent it so they dropped what they were doing to accommodate us. That is unheard of. Will be doing more business with them in the future.

Frederick DThe Check engine light was on. There was only a half tank of gas. We filled it up to halfway and got charged an additional $20 charge. Not kosher at all.
